Best pair of running shoes I've ever worn. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Great job Asics!

I have been running this year in the Novablast 4 shoe, and read positive reviews on the Superblast 2. When I finally was able to order it, I was excited to try it out. My initial thoughts of the shoe is it takes about 2 miles for the shoes to feel good. After that, they do feel good under foot. I have only run in the for easy paces, and haven't put it to the test yet with any speed workouts. I'm needing to wear them for more run (and speed workouts) to determine if I prefer the Novablast to the Superblast shoes.

Probably the best all around shoe you can buy, this shoe literally does it all! Im using it mainly for my easy Saturday morning long runs but its so easy to pick up the pace in this shoe when need to go fast!

I've been running in ASICS running shoes for the last 25 years, from GT series, Kayano, Nimbus, Glideride, to my current Novablast. For ALL of these models, I wear a US men's size 8.5. I was looking for a shoe that could handle faster paces without having to buy a plated super shoe, so I ordered a men's 8.5 of the Superblast 2 upon the recommendation of its many rave reviews. To my disappointment, the 8.5 was too small-my toes hit the front of the upper. TELL ME WHY! Why on Earth would ASICS not make sizing consistent across their lineup of shoes?

I am a heavier runner and this shoe absolutely does it all. I actually run faster in this shoe and it protects my feet and legs very well. shoe of the year for me

Good functionality especially repulsive force and nice design

The only issue I had with the Superblast 2 is that the front is not that hugging like the Novablast. I have a narrow foot and a low bridge and it is to roomy at the top of my toes but the width is perfect for narrow foot.

All the hype with the Superblast 2 is legit, light weight, max cushion, breathable and everything else.

I really like this shoe. It has a lot of pop once you run at a certain speed. Its fun to run in. I have extremely flat feet that overpronate, so I need to add insoles. But theyre a fun shoe! I highly recommend.

Fairly lite cushioning is perfectly soft for any run but gets better as you go faster!

Ive worn these for about 150km so far and theyve become my favorite distance trainers. Theyre light and responsive but extremely comfortable for my mid pace runs.

The absolute best everyday running to race day shoe on earth.

I had to size up a 1/2 size in the shoe, the width was perfect in my normal size but the toe box was so small. The size up improved the toe box fell but the increased width which does make the shoe feel sloppy, especially in the midfoot. There is no arch support and the midfoot feels very hollow compared to the heel and toe box . I did have to use a different insert to make the shoe fit better. I love the way they feel when I run in them, I feel faster. But Im not sure I would repurchase with the fit being so off. Perhaps its because its a unisex shoe, a womens shoe might fit more narrow which is what my narrow foot needs.

After 4 months of waiting and checking for my size 2-4 times a day, I finally got myself a pair of these and I cannot be happier! It's true to size for me. I also own Novablast 4 and I think the toebox on SB2 is narrower, but they still have decent room. Great energy return. Great stability. It is on a firmer ride comparing to NB4, but it's snappy and fun to run on! I took them on a 10K last weekend and I felt like I could keep going forever.

superblast2 is good running shoe's its really convenient.

Amazing should. Fits a bit larger. Had to order a half a size down. Amazing work horse of a show for a slow / fast training run.

This shoe is great! This will be my forever shoe and I will buy time and time again.

I have had this shoe for over 2 weeks now and love them. I have used them for "fast" runs and "slow" runs and the shoe just performs great.

Great shoe for all runs. Feels great no matter the run... workout, easy or long. Even race day. The stable/neutral design works great for me as an over pronator. Just a terrific running shoe.
