I love the shoes, but they're too narrow for my big flat feet. I thought it said they were 4E, but upon arrival, I saw that they were 2E. Going to try them on, but will likely return them. It's very hard to find 10 1/2 4E in a color that I like. I'm tired of grey, and I hate black. Not your fault, however.

If youre an over pronator like myself, almost no other company makes a reasonable stability anymore. ASICS GT 4000 is the only true stability anymore. Every other company has unfortunately followed the Hoka movement. Wish they made a stability that still used a plastic polymer for the stability and footbridge. But Ill take it how it is over any other shoe at the moment.

These aren't quite snug enough for me to jog in, but I was just going to use them for walking anyway. Decent quality shoe but nothing special. I wish the treading were slightly deeper. Should prevent the overpronation I have.
I like my Hoka Arahi 7 shoes better though as they feel tighter and I can run in them.

These shoes feels like you're walking with pillows on your feet. I have never experienced such ankles, knees and shins pain wearing a pair of sneakers. I wish I could return them.

The left shoe fit fine, however the right shoe width was too tight.

I was looking for a shoe for walking, that had good support for my pronation issue, and had plenty of width for my wide feet. These are great for pronation. I was not bothered by the post on the medial side; instead, I feel supported and helped to guide my feet to a better gait. The Lite Truss is well designed. Even though mine are the wide size, I could have done with a bit more room. The taper and the volume of the toe box do slightly restrict me, but this is not serious. Another place where a bit more room would be welcome is the width or height of the instep. I have high insteps and the shoe needs to spread at the tongue along with the laces, they are almost too short. Not a problem. But the best surprise was the comfort and confidence on walking. These are compliant on loading, without feeling sinking. They quickly give a bounce back to propel up at the heel and transfer me forward. The rest of the gait cycle is smooth and comfortable, with plenty of cushion. Its a good looking shoe.

This is my 3rd consecutive purchase of the GT-4000 line. The 4 is slightly higher, but I feel no bounce, like one does on Hokas. And pronation support makes me feel like my feet are solidly on the ground. It the only model I run with.

Great shoes for Planter fasciitis, I had the Gel Kayano shoes, but the pain wasn't improving. Got the GT-4000-3 and the pain was less, added Dr. Shools Planter fascitis inserts and further improvement. Im seeing continued improvement the longer I'm were the shoes. WISH THEY HAD A FEW MORE COLOR CHOICES FOR FUTURE PURCHASES.

Great fit, very comfy and by far the best on the market for overpronation. Made a huge difference with chronic back pain. Just wish there would be more color options, I only wear this model and it's nice to be able to vary looks.

Been running in ASICS for over 1000 miles per year for about 20 years, first in Gel Evolutions and now in GTs. The GT-4000s are a smooth, comfortable ride. Glad to be training in them. Love the heavier (10.9-ounce) shoe for training.

Wanted it for fast pace walking. I ordered the Normal (B) width and it was narrow, squeezing my foot, not good for my low arches. I couldn't get enough lace to double knot. The tongue is narrow and the stack height is very low. Spend the same money on the New Balance 860V14 if you're looking for support, comfort, good stack height (but not too high), and quality. This shoe may work for a narrow foot, 160 - 180 pound person.

I ordered a 10 1/2 4E but received a 10 1/2 2 E. I'm afraid they will cause me trouble, so am returning them. I just ordered another pair of 10 1/2 4Es of a different model. It's very hard to find a 4E in stock, and I jump on it if I see it.
