I've been wearing Noosa's for the last several years and have probably gone through 6+ pairs. I've always thought they were very comfortable trainers and used them for my daily runs ranging from 5 - 15 miles. This latest iteration didn't fit well at all. The toe box is extremely tight that is noticeable after the first quarter mile or so. I gave these shoes a couple of low mileage runs with the hope to break them in. Didn't happen...just ended up with blisters/sore toes for a week. Went straight to the trash and have ordered multiple Tri 15's from Amazon while they are still available.

A very good running shoe. Excellent off the toe, very supportive at heel strike; firm enough for a sprint, cushioning for at marathon.

The whole point of this line of shoes was the ability to slip on and off. With the new tongue system, this is no longer possible. Please bring back the system that existed in prior versions of the shoe. Otherwise, this is no different than any of the other Asics shoes

WAY smaller than other Noosa. Could not even make it through a shift without my feet hurting SO bad that I was almost crying.

Not as comfy as the NOOSA 15. Sent them back. I will get the 15 in another color.

Bought them a month ago and are absolutely great! Very comfortable, smooth and light. The run a bit small, but I just asked for a biggest size and we were all set!

Shoe itself was VERY comfortable, typical Asics. However, why in the world is there a "big hole" in the shoe tongue, I can just imagine the dirt, grass, water or any other thing you "don't" want in your shoes being invited right in through that hole. Also, I generally like the different and funky color patterns of the Noosa Tri line, but the 16"s are HORRIBLE, when the shoe is on your foot it looks like there's a big white landing strip sitting on top of your shoe (with the color I got at least).

These were my third try for finding a pair for speed walking that wouldnt leave my feet torn up with blisters. The first two, Hoka and Adidas, were returned after giving them 46 weeks. These ASICS have fit like a glove from day one and my feet dont even hurt during my 45 mile walks.

Sort of felt like the Goldilocks trainer of the year for me, just right for workouts and some steady pace running. Interested to see if ASICs can continue to develop this into a non-plated, true speed trainer for those interested in moderate stack, neutral, workouts.

Doesnt fit like the other versions. Runs significantly smaller and asics charges to ship and to return. Kinda wild. Discussed w support team and they ignored instead of solving. Loyal asics guy, but highly advise buying from somewhere else.

Love the shoe, the colors, and the fit but.....they squeak on any smooth surface. Can not wear them to work because of how much noise they make. Great shoe with a noisy flaw.

Very comfortable shoe, great support, true to size. My only complaint is the soles of the shoe, specifically the heel, squeaks each time you heel strike. Out on the road or trail, no problem, but if Im at Target or at work, you can hear you coming a mile a way.

I love the design. I love all the colorways of this shoe. So I thought that would be it but man, I really like running in this as well. I didn't not expect this to be such a good running shoe.

Plush yet responsive and quick cushioning. Low heel-to-toe drop. This shoe is an upgrade on the predecessor and has outclassed the Saucony Kinavara (which basically dominated the speedy-low drop class for a decade).

The Noosa Tri shoe line has been excellent in every respect and the 16 is the latest in this fine line of running shoes. The Noosa Tri 16 is a great shoe for training and for racing. The main caveat I offer to the prospective runner looking at this shoe is that the shoe is excellent for light weight to middle weight runners. The heavier runner should be wary about acquiring the shoe without adequate research into the shoe. Happy running!

I loved the fit of my Kayanos, but they didn't seem to provide enough cushioning after a few months. These Noosas feel a bit more snug, but a lot springier and well-padded for softer landings. We'll see how they hold up over time, but it's fun to run again.
