This was a perfect Christmas gift for my niece. I bought a size 1.5 she is 8 and it was a perfect fit. I always get them either outerwear or shoes because they wear their shoes out quicker with all the play at school and daily life. The outsole has grip which I like because shes very active and loves running. She definitely loved them and I just loved the wine and plum color.

We purchased a Saucony Big Kid size 7 in last September, was a perfect fit. This Saucony Ride KFZ (Big Kid) size 7 was a whole size too big. Buyer beware. So disappointed.

My son loves them (comfort, style) but they fell apart within less than 3 months: there are holes inside, and they fell apart on the seams. And he doesn't even use them for PE.
