I have always loved the look of these beautiful, stylish boots, however, the sole feels thin and doesn't seem it will be good in ice or snow. We were comparing this to the rugged, vibram sole of the Ugg Adirondack boot. Once you slip them both on, the difference is significantly noticeable.

I loved the look of the boot however it was not a good fit for me. It felt too loose in the heel area even though I tried 2 different sizes and tied them as tight as I could. I ended up returning them.

Front of boot is much wider than my old pair - definitely not as streamlined.

The size and fit were perfect. But the style has a very rounded toe making it look like it's for kids rather than a stylish adult boot.

I've had a pair of these boots in a size 11 for years that I loved, but they've both worn out and my foot is a little bigger since having kids. Trying on an 11 in a store, they were definitely too small in the toe. Unfortunately, these size 12's are way too big in the heel for me (I have wide toes/narrow heels) and won't stay put no matter how I lace them.

I so wanted to love these. They are so cute and warm. But my experience was similar to others, with the boots slipping up and down on my heel a bit, even with thick socks. They are also quite stiff, so I couldn't imagine trying to walk any real distances in them comfortably. Unfortunately they are going back.

I loved the overall look of the boot however it was not a good fit for me. When I walked in them there was a bit of movement around the heel. I tried two different sizes with little improvement. I also tied them as much as I could and used thicker socks and still the same issue. I ended up returning them.

I just can't figure Sorel out. My usual size in Sorel had always been an 8 because they ran large. Then they changed their sizing again and I needed a 9. Now? It's a crap shoot as to what size I should select. Recently, I ordered a 10 which is a FULL size larger than typical. And the boots were SO TIGHT. OMG, it was almost as though they were 2 sizes too small. So I ordered a 10.5 (ridiculous) and an ELEVEN. Guess what? I'm keeping the 11 because with the "smaller" 10.5 size, the seam runs right over my big toe. Ouch! I just don't get it. Why do companies have to make sizing so incredibly difficult. BUT...I give Zappos an absolute TEN OUT OF TEN for their customer service. THANK YOU Zappos! You are awesome!!!
