These shoes in my opinion run big. I wear a men's 8 1/2 and I purchased a size 8 the shoe still provides room for my long toes to wiggle around. I am one who would never cheat my feet The shoe is lightweight and I love them. I purchased a pair for myself and for a friend and he says he appreciates them too.
