Good overall. No performance concerns but it desperately needs a wide option.

since I traded in Adi points to get them. Size 15 (the only size left) is a bit big for me so I'll have to wait for a friend to try them out for a full review. They look comfy though :)

I obtained these through an Adiclub points drop, so they didn't cost any money. I wouldn't purchase them with cash, but getting them for free was fine. They are big and clunky and rather uncomfortable to wear.

These seem roomier than my previous pairs of Dropset but I don't have an issue with it. The Last is fantastic, lots of room for your toes to spread. Now the bad news not sure I like the open shank. I won't be able to wear them to the gym in the rain. Whose idea was this? While I appreciate the harder density of the Eva midsole in the heel I preferred the versatility of old softer version. And the heel counter is WAY TOO HIGH and hard :'( My Achilles is not happy after the wear test. Funnily enough that's what broke down and was too soft in the old ones. Maybe it'll get better with a bit more wear.

These shoes just arrived. Below is my initial reaction, will update.
To preface, I'm a fairly experienced weightlifter with a solid background as a competitive crossfitter.
These shoes represent the pinnacle of overengineering. The style is great but a lack of functionality for a gym shoe, with a few quite odd additions to justify the cost. The heel goes up far too high in the back for simple trainers which if you jump or jump rope, gives it an odd feel.
The most weird piece of design, is the hole in the middle of the sole. It seems they tried to emphasize air flow in the shoe, so there is a hole in the middle of the sole through to your heel insert. This literally has flawed design all over it. If I had a garage gym and wanted to workout outside, seems like a rock, puddle, dirt, would most easily make it's way into your shoe. Super dumb design.
Additionally, it seems like they sunk 85% of the cost into the heel. It feels like a solid piece of brick, which is great for weightlifting or if you're purely into bodybuilding, could feel OK. But if you're going to have a solid shoe to just squat/olympic lifting in, why not just buy a set of lifters that are better designed for lifting? It's like they wanted a weightlifting shoe and gave it minimal effort for functionality to other activities in the gym. The heel is far too block-like to feel capable in CrossFit, do cardio in, etc.
Overall, the shoe could have been an elegant, simple design to replace the other overcomplicated and overpriced shoes in CrossFit or the gym, but they seriously missed the boat.
Unless a simpler or more functional design comes, I'm not sure I would return to Adidas already.
Sizing is great though.
The above is just an initial reaction, will update after several months.

Way too small, ordered 11.5 as I'm normally an 11 , had to exchange as it is nowhere near 11.5.
Surely , a size is a size ?? Do they change the ruler length foreach product?? Such a pain exchanging.

Size up small, go 1/2 up. Very tight in the toebox.Nice for lifting in but no good for even a short run. Would call these lifting trainers and not for crossfit.

Uncomfortable in particular and some times sore. It hits the left big toe on my foot. I like it for its stability but I do not know if I will continue to wear it. As the toes in particular the left toe is sore after the training session.

Great shoe, but a bit to hard around the soles. Styling, look and colors are great.

Size is runs small. If you're a size 9 with all your adidas shoes, then you might want to look into 9.5.
Design and functionality is great for heel and ankle support.
Front is too wide and not as supportive relative to heel.
The breathing hole in the sole will probably make it not water-resistant on a rainy day.

ALL THE WAY AROUND UNCOMFORTABLE .
I don't see how anybody exercises in these shoes. The toes box felt like I was wearing steel toe boots the way my toes kept hitting the hard tip. The soles were hard as a rock, no cushion AT ALL.
And holes on the bottom of the shoe, at the arch. Which might have been pretty cool, to let your feet breathe during workouts or hot days but I would never be able to wear them long enough to know of that was beneficial or not due to the fact of comfort.
I usually like adidas shoes but not these ones. Definitely returning.

I like the color and the look. But they are not comfortable. The back inside of the shoe tore into the back of my ankle. The front top is to stiff. Wish I can return them but I wore them for 2 days.

Almost no cushion. Thant is my experience and I have no major issues with my feet. My size was too small. My big toe was hitting the front of the shoe.

The product is generally good but there's seemingly a protective toe cap on which them digs into my little toe and makes them uncomfortable to wear. Initially bought size 9 as that's what I am, was very uncomfortable. Went for the 9.5, only marginally better but still uncomfortable so sending back

Disappointed with the durability
I had high expectations for these shoes, especially since they're designed for performance training. However, after just a few uses, the foam part of the sole ripped during a rope climb. I didn't expect the material to break down so quickly, especially during a basic movement like that.
The fit and look were great, but I'm honestly concerned about the quality. A training shoe should be able to handle standard workouts without falling apart. Really disappointed I wouldn't recommend them if you're planning to use them for functional training or anything that involves rope work.
