So these trainers are exactly what I was looking for, a flat wide footed training shoe for weight training. I watched a few youtube reviews from weight lifters and crossfit trainers and everyone seemed happy, so I was confident these shoes would be good for me and they are. A great flat planted feel but with nice arch and ankle support I wouldn't want to run in them but that's not what they're designed for so yeah. They're fine for small bursts if you want to do sled push/drags, circuits, burpees ect. My only gripe (which is entirely my fault for not reading the "how does it fit" guide is that these do run small in terms of length, I always run a uk 10 in all trainers be them casual or running but these run small a 10.5 would have been perfect but that said they're just good enough that I didn't feel the need to return them as I won't be doing any prolonged running in them. But I would suggest going up half a size.

Very comfortable to wear, your feet imobilaized and in the same way it feels very light.
