The shoes are very comfortable, not to thick on the sole which allows more feel/control when doing a workout. The shoes are wide enough on the toe box not to cause any pinch on the toes. I did go 1/2 size up from my normal size . I would suggest go 1/2 size up from your regular adidas trainers.

I teach body pump and the training shoes are the best one I've ever had for this. You feel grounded and really strong support in all exercises, especially lunges and squats!
