They are awesome. I love the color and they are comfortable.

I use it for everyday gym exercises. 6mm is great for squatting over 300 lbs. and it offers very good stability. just needs to get used to the heaviness.

The shoes are very comfortable, not to thick on the sole which allows more feel/control when doing a workout. The shoes are wide enough on the toe box not to cause any pinch on the toes. I did go 1/2 size up from my normal size . I would suggest go 1/2 size up from your regular adidas trainers.
