The product is great, however the customer service could use some work when trying to make an exchange. Waiting over a week and a half for an exchange to finally have to cancel and reorder an item seems lengthy and a bit unnecessary.

Wow! What a bargain! Got these in the sale & not disappointed at all! I'm fortunate to have small enough feet to wear kids' sizes so wasn't sure how they'd fit but they're perfect!
