Customer Reviews adidas Outdoor Terrex AX4 Hiking Shoes

Ordered while on sale based on size guide, they did not fit, had to pay for a box at FedEx to send it back for exchange for the correct size, the replacement was sent to the wrong address and order was cancelled and refunded so never got the correct shoes, and now they're not on sale anymore. Totally unacceptable and disappointing

I barely wore them from time to time for a few months and have never worn them for any sports/tracking/hiking/etc activities. I reached out to Customer Service and they said it was not a defective product. It's definitely the defective product, if it doesn't last a few months of casual use.

I tried them in the store but there was no one help i thought they were ok but now i find if i were them more then 30 minutes my feet are killing

Great quality shoe just to small and unable to return because the deadline to return/exchange has passed.
