I really wanted to love these shoes. The color is pretty and the shape is nice. The shoes run smaller than I expected. For some reason the tongue of the shoe is really long. The shoes fit snug from big toe to small toe. No wiggle room at all. I had to return right away. Shipping and delivery was quick

There are glue marks on the Adidas emblem and I found there to be absolutely no room for my feet, even though the size/length is correct. I've never had issues with Adidas runners before, so was surprised to find that with regular socks on I couldn't even comfortably fit my foot (I don't have wide or high feet). The only way I could get them to fit was by taking out the insole. Even then there was almost space between the tongue and sides. Unless you have skinny feet or don't intend to wear socks, I don't recommend these. Especially if you need to insert orthotics. At the heal, my foot also felt super high, so my sock kept slipped down. Think its obvious I will be returning these.

I had a very disappointing experience with your service. I ordered two pairs of shoes and requested an exchange for a smaller size. After returning them, I received a message stating that the quality check (QC) was unsuccessful, without any clear explanation. When I contacted customer support, I was told that the tags had been removed. I was then informed that the items would be sent back to me, but I am still waiting. I followed up again to ask for an update, but received no response. Now, another representative has given a completely different reason, stating that the serial number was incorrect. It is frustrating to receive inconsistent explanations from different representatives each time I reach out.

Haven't received my refund. Horrible experience takes more than 2 weeks.

the cushion is only comfy for a short period of time not for a whole 12 hour shift which is what I was looking for
