Size up full size. I am normally an 8 in any shoe for any brand but needed a 9 in these. They're comfortable for everyday wear without being too cushy + I feel like I can do short distance runs/walks in them.

I wear a 7.5 but they were way too big so go a half or full size smaller. They're on the wider side. BUT comfort level is great and they have a nice arch in them. They're a shoe you don't have to break in because they're just really comfortable
