My 11 year great niece is a 200, 400, 800 and 1200 runner in Barbados. She said that the shoes fit perfectly, provides excellent cushions and feels comfortable when she is running.

Mostly true to size, a half size would have made them more comfortable but even so, they're still good. My feet feel supported when running and i notice the difference in my legs. Would definitely recommend

They are white and dont get dirty i have wear them in wet grass walk over sand had someone step on me and they are still white only the shoe lace was a bit short for the shoe
