great trainer, picked up in sale. was always told with runners pick them up half a size bigger. don't think you need to with these belters. super comfy for walks and 5ks

Time to get a new running shoes as my old one cmi, try to chose during sale and luckily I found this, I size up for extra comfort and tight the shoe laces tighter and it fit me nicely

After a long hiatus from running, I began training for a sprint triathlon with the Adistars, they have been great for regular runs. Very comfortable even after miles on pavement, and seemed to have held up well after a few months of regular use.
