Very comfortable!!! I have wide feet and the normal width works well. I hate the snug fit "sock shoes" and even though these look like sock shoes, they do not squeeze your feet like sock shoes. Nice and cool also, breeze goes thru the mesh. I really like these shoes.

I work for adidas and well I have to be standing all day those shoes make my feet not hurt they are comfortable and soft, I wear them everyday even when I go out,

I bought these for my middle school aged son for his first try in cross country. He wanted a clean looking, comfortable shoe for light training and easy trails. After a few practices, he says the shoes are light weight, comfortable, and supportive. I would not recommend for the serious trail runner, but for starters, a good entry level option.
