They run just a tad big, as with size 8 in several other brands it's always a consistently slightly more snug fit, but not something that I would size down. Overall can't an't go wrong with this shoe.

So I am a 55 year old male. Just getting back into walking and running. This shoe is perfect. We did a 5k with about 10 minutes of running mixed in. Performance was excellent.
