Comfy fits good but the laces are very long and I feel like sometimes the heel doesn't have a lot of restrain, almost feels like my foot comes out

If it's cold outside, I can feel the cold right through my shoes. At points when I just stand with them on it hurts to wear. Haven't tried to run with them but they probably would do fine. Color is nice and looks like a clean shoe.
