Very light, pretty thin jacket, there is no fleece lining, nothing for insulation and I'm not sure it's waterproof. Gonna return it.

I've been purchasing North Face jackets for my family for the last 20 years and always appreciated the quality. Unfortunately that wasn't the case with this purchase. I purchased this jacket for my son a couple weeks ago. After wearing it several times, I washed it according to the directions. It's ruined. The entire jacket has little water stains all over it. We haven't even had it for a whole month and it's ruined. So disappointed!

Absolutely loved this jacket. Perfect fit, nice and warm! 2nd month I had to wash it. Followed jacket instructions & the fluff inside balled up. Have not been able to recover even with dryer balls!!

Horrible quality.. feathers popping out which left a small hole in the material.i contacted to get a replacement they said i could not because i was still in the return period. Yet a return is not possible if worn?!? Make it make sense?

The feathers keep coming out. Wouldn't recommend

Coat is super thin. Not the usual quality I expect from North Face. Will be returning.

I am shocked by the poor quality of this coat. This has been my go-to brand every year when I buy my son his winter coat and other products. This expensive winter coat is flimsy in comparison to the coat that I bought last year. This is really a shame. I am currently getting ready to return it and shop at Columbia and LL Bean.

Product shouldn't be advertised as a coat it is very thin and need to wear a hoodie underneath

The new sizing and fit are horrible. I've bought the same reversible jackets for the kids the last three years in a row. I won't be buying jackets from this company anymore. You can only access Northface online here and it's a hassle to return. Forget it.

Was not happy with this product for my son was super thin and my son got sick the first few days wearing it I had to purchase a hoodie for underneath it definitely not worth it
