Fab jacket for my 12 year old. She's tall and skinny, so I went with the XL. Warm, stylish and overall a great purchase. It should last 2 seasons and then my younger daughter will get it- couldn't be happier with it!

Fits great. Very warm and ultra functional. It is extremely well made, stylish, comfortable and functional jacket. It's expensive but I hope it will pay off in the long run.

This is coat is warm enough .

It's a very heavy parka for skinny girls, but it's my favorite winter parka for my daughter. Keep her warm in chilly wind. This is the second time I buy this parka, the zip of the first one was a little stuck,she wore it for 3 years. So it's expensive but still worth it for me! The only problem is expensive, lol ~I also wear same parka myself. The north face parka is the best quality winter coat that I can afford.

This is the 3rd parka that I have bought for my daughter over the years. We have bought one in each size as she has grown. Not only do they hold up extremely well from kids being kids, but when I ask my daughter if she ever gets cold on the play ground, while snowboarding or while being outside in the Wyoming wind and snow, her response is "No Mom! I actually sweat!" This makes me happy to hear considering we live in one of the most relentless states when it comes to winter weather. Some people wince at the price tag. But not only are these quality made coats, but they are extremely warm, and that alone is well worth the price!

The coat seems to be thin, not warm enough for my kids to walk in the cold to school. The earlier version of the coat were much warmer.
