Size a bit too large. Using heel spaces. Should be ok

The photos don't do justice to these shoes: they are much shinier patent leather in person.

Nice looking shoe that traverses both casual and formal. Construction was good. The size was simply about 1/2 size too big, even compared to other Cole Haan's that I tried at the same time. This would be a good shoe for those with a wider/taller mid foot. The one star off was based on poor sizing. That said, if you have a wider mid foot that keeps your foot from sliding too far into the shoe, it might be a perfect 10.5 for you.

I have always fit the Cole Haas Pinch Loafer 9.5. This is the first time it ran a half size large. Sliding on my heel.

Terribly uncomfortable along the top line and heel top line. Has broken in very little after months of weekday wear. New dress shoes like this have the tendency to irritate the skin during the first month or so, but these still feel terrible.

Pretty plain looking, old man style shoes. Not even pretending to be stylish. A size too big.
