These Wedges by Cole Haan are incredible Sandals that are so stunning especially in black with a decorative wrapped wedge that makes them stand out amongst others in a classy and sophisticated way. The strap that runs across the toes and the boney area above the arch are nicely padded leather so they don’t cut into your toes/feet as well as a padded footbed, with a perfect height wedge heel of 2 1/2 inches. The heel strap that holds the shoe securely on your foot has plenty of holes to adjust it and two gold metal rings that decoratively keep it in place with the upper and footbed lining all made of leather…thank you Cole Haan!! Fit; I ordered a 6.5 and 7 because some shoes with a heel closure can push your foot too far forward, but they fit great in my true 6.5. It will feel tight at the toes and too small, but I tried the 6.5 first and went to the 7 but it allowed my feet to wander, feel unstable and could easily twist my ankle, so I went back to the 6.5. They are real leather and will stretch, it will take little, to no time but all good leather shoes need some breaking in. I walked around about 15-25 minutes and then took them off, they never hurt and I have swelling in my legs/feet and my left is bigger than my right, but they are comfortable and will get better with every wear. Great shoes with real leather are a rare find these days, so if your concerned about purchasing the right size Zappos excellent customer service is always there to help with returns or exchanges. Definitely recommend these Beautiful Wedges in any color/design.

These sandals are heavy, clunky and feel loose. I fell wearing them the first time and have a scraped up knee and injured wrist. I’m not sure I will wear them again. Wearer beware!

This shoe fit fine, but the base of the wedge is narrower than your foot and pretty tall, so if you tilt your foot in any direction, you fall down. I fell so many times in these shoes that I had to get rid of them.

I love this shoe but it was too tight for the body of my foot.

Love the look of this shoe, but sadly I had to return as the front strap was too narrow for my foot.

Love the shoe and it fits one foot great but have an issue with the other from a break, so it did not work for me.
