When I opened package, it fit great.. a bit snug in arms for a medium, but otherwise worked. Washed once in cold water and line dry and it shrunk probably a full size. I really liked it before I washed it.

I am hesitating on returning this top, because the fabric is so thin, cheap and wrinkles. The fit is good - only nice thing I can say about it. The price is ridiculous for the poor quality.

I bought this in my regular size, petite large, washed it according to the label instructions, and ended up with a belly shirt! it shrank in length so much I couldn't wear it. I returned it and got a regular large, and line dried it, much better.

It runs small for a Medium. I have always bought the same size and was surprised when I put this on. The sleeves are tight and it is hard to take off.

This shirt does not live up to LLBeans quality. The material is very wrinkly and poor quality. The hem on bottom which was surged hem is constantly loosing threads. Very poor quality overall. Disappointed.

I bough this shirt in a size larger than needed and after one wash according to directions it's too tight in the shoulders and the sleeves are too short. Very disappointing.

I bought this on sale for $29.95. $7.99 would be a much better price point for this item. Fabric was stiff and scratchy; MUCH thinner than I expected. I had anticipated it being like an L.L. Bean rugby shirt I bought more than 10 years ago that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Sizing was smaller than expected. I imagine if I'd washed and dried it, it wouldn't have gotten any softer, and, based on other reviews, would have come out much smaller. I really wish L.L. Bean products had the same excellent quality of yesteryear, as well as consistent sizing. (I've had to buy different styles of pants in sizes 4, 6, and 10, when in the past, size 4 was perfect in any style.

I bought one of these at the store on sale and really liked it. I bought another on line. Unfortunately they shrunk. They were both a tiny bit tight in the shoulders and arms to start but not a deal breaker. After washing I really can't wear them. I can't measure how much they shrunk but the certainly did.

I am sad that L.L.Bean's women's clothing has disappointment, the fabrics, colors, sizing, shape and after washings.

Didn't appreciate the rubberized LLBean label. If latex ,when washing would be a problem for those of us with latex allergies.

The color is a garish orange. Not a pretty pink. I will be returning this item

This item turned out to be not what I expected. First of all them fabric seems cheap and not as nice as most of the LL Bean clothing items I have. I got so many complements on it the first time I wore it. Then I washed it according to the directions and it shrunk at least 2 sizes and I can no longer wear it. Very disappointed.

I have very similar items in my wardrobe from previous years that were staples of my wardrobe and are wearing out. I was really disappointed with the fit and fabric of this top- it was wider and shorter. I buy most of my casual wardrobe from LLBean and have for many years. Having used most of my Bean Bucks to buy it, I donated it to a local charity resale shop in hopes that it fits someone else.

The fabric is very light. I purchased this in yellow, but the yellow wasn't as dark as I expected, and the zipper looked too heavy with the light color and light fabric. So I returned it.

Just washed item and the fabric lookd terrible. I had to iron it to diminish the wrinkles.

This is a very thin shirt for the price. The website describes it as slightly fitted. I am 5'3" 132lbs and I ordered the medium, it is huge! One review says it shrinks, but it would have to shrink about 8 inches in width to fit like a medium.

Very disappointed. I've been ordering from LLBean for over 40 years and I am very sorry to see the quality fall this far. The material is very thin and after washing in the gentle cool cycle the material puckered and was very unattractive. I would try and iron it but the whole reason I buy the type of clothing I do is so that I don't have to iron. I have always purchased size "small, regular" and for the first time the sleeves were too short. I won't be wearing it.

I washed this in cold water and dried it on a low heat setting and it shrunk. Someone else's review mentioned theirs shrunk to a child size and I have to agree. It was nice and roomy when I wore it and it is now skin tight. The website instructions say it's fine to machine wash and dry but this is definitely not the case. Very disappointed because it's a cute shirt.

DO NOT BUY- it fit perfectly when I bought it. I washed it in cold water and dried it according to directions and it is now a child's size. They are getting the shrunk shirt back as well as the others I ordered. Very cheesy quality. Shame on you LLBEAN.

This shirt was scratchy on the inside. I thought washing might help.Unfortunately it shrunk at least one size. I am surprised at the poor quality from LL Bean. I've returned it.
