Felt comfortable but too big, usually I'm a size 8.5 in sneakers but for some reason I have to go a full size down in this particular brand. Returned them immediately

I have had these shoes for one week. I work in an Amazon sort center and walk between 20k-35k steps a day. In the first week the bottom fell apart and the heal started to tear open and rub the back of my heal. I wish I could return these and get an actual boot. Quality was not well built on this pair.

Felt like your feet is sliding forward and bunching toes

My husband bought this same style shoe for work about 2 years ago & fit was perfect. So when he needed another pair, we opted for these similar shoe with the extra added bonus of the toe plate on front. We got them in the usual timeframe, he put them on & they’re so small he couldn’t stand the pinching of his toes because they were so short. We sent them back yesterday & now I ordered the same pair a full size bigger. Don’t know if they’ve changed sizing so a size 11 is really a size 10, but we ordered him a size 12 hoping they will be the fit he needs. These are what he needs for work, so we’re hoping they work.

I wouldn't know how they feel or fit because you sent me the wrong shoes. I sent them back and when I tried to reorder the correct shoes you were out of stock.

There was no fit because you kept sending me the red/black/grey shoes, not once but 3 times when I ordered all black ones and have not received them yet !!

They are too big

I was sent the wrong shoe…twice. Finally gave up and ill be going elsewhere

I would say anything if I got them, it says delivered but nothing was at my door when I got home, I don't know if it was delivered or if It was stolen by some porch pirate ape, then again I live in Stockbridge GA, hell the driver could have kept them, so I tried calling Zappos and the recording says they are still on New years vacation, thats messed up.

Don't know you kept messing up my order.... three times
