I've worn the Wave Creation 20 for years. This update created a shoe that is more narrow, has a shorter toe box and severely overpronates my foot. The changes are drastic from the previous model and they created an unwearable (for me) shoe. Sending them back.

I have been buying this style for over a decade! Only shoe that I've found that helps my high arches. Love them!!!

These are my go to sneakers for running and for a solid sneaker with cushion and support

Super comfortable

I have been wearing Wave Creations for years and have done over a dozen ultramarathons with them on my feet. I need a shoe with a narrow heel and a wide toe, and in the past I've been able to put on a pair of Wave Creations and head out the door - no break-in period. To say I've LOVED the Wave Creation would be an understatement. The only the exception were those with the wave-knit fabric, because they were too narrow/tight in the toe box. They seem to have gone all-in on the wave-knit style now. :( These are too tight in the toe-box, and the raise on the front of the shoe is not as steep as the older models, putting more pressure on the top of the foot. Horrible move, Mizuno! I'm so sad. And finding a new shoe is going to be really tough.

Running and cross training

I love the profiles of the running shoe, they are the best fit I have found for my foot and I have bought them since I ran my first marathon 15 years ago!

I love Mizunos. I started using Hokas a few years ago and they just didn't cut it for my for my feet. I needed more support and Mizuno like in the past did the trick.

Nice fit and style.

The product is in excellent product, but I can see a degradation in the quality obviously, the result of a product manager taking cost out of the product overtime to increase profitability Soul support on the bottom of the shoe is not as well constructed as previous versions

I switched to Mizuno years ago and now it's the only brand I buy. These are so comfortable, for running and walking, right out of the box. I've never had any pain or issues with them rubbing blisters and they are super cute.

These are my running shoes and they provide maximum support and stability. I buy the same shoe year after year. Since I discovered them, I haven't bought any other brand.

I am running on a treadmill exclusively and this shoe performs well. I'm not sure about running outside.
