I had to return a size 9 (which I wore in the old Jambu leather sandals) for an 8.5 which fit perfectly. I often have a problem getting a comfy fit in these JBU non-leather sandals. I love this style of shoe, but it seems like the non-leather always rubs or bites somewhere, and I know that it won't soften up or break in, so I try on and return a lot of these. But these are mainly made of a mesh fabric, and there's no problem with chafing or cutting. They feel like they were custom made for my feet. I wish they came in other colors besides the denim blue. I would buy another pair for sure.

I love this brand. No break in time. If you travel to Europe, walking on cobblestone, this is a great brand to have.

I have normally worn size 9 in this brand of shoe, but these are too big. Also, they smell pretty nasty--like a chemical smell. Really, the manufacturer should check the factory and see what they are using to make these shoes. I'm keeping another pair--same brand, different style--which also smell. But they fit great and I'm hoping that the smell will lessen.

The fit is perfect. My shoe width is medium, I can wear these with or without (lightweight) socks. I have a normal arch so the arch support in these shoes is perfect for me. I have osteoarthritis in my knees, I was completely surprised at how much pressure these shoes take off of my knees. I now own four pairs of JBU shoes and love all of them (my knees love them also).

The size and fit were good.

I love these sandals. It's important to me to have a flexible flyknit-style toebox so my compromised toenails don't bump up against a rigid toe bumper. These fill that bill. I took them on a European trip, walked in them up to 9 miles/day and my feet felt good. Those who need arch support must BYO insole.

Very comfortable and perfect for the summer.

So comfortable! I've only worn them one day, but they didn't need any breaking in at all.

These are my 4th pair of JBUs. My shoe size is typically 7 or 7.5; in these 7s are good, a little tight at the instep however I figure they'll loosen with time. Comfy for my occupation which has me on my feet up to 7 hours in a shift.

They are a little loose, no matter how tight I pull the strap. Otherwise they are comfortable. More like slippers than a sandal.

I like this shoe, it fits well, is comfortable and is cute not clunky. The right shoe has a wrinkle in the footbed toe area that is annoying but I am hoping that it will diminish with wear.

I really like these shoes and plan to keep them, however, there are some things it maybe helpful for others to know. The medium runs a little wide....at least for my foot ......so they are a tad big but a smaller size would be too small. Also, they are a heavy shoe which surprised me. That's ok for me b/c they have good arch support but it's something to know about them. I bought them for an upcoming trip where I will walk a lot and have been testing them out. I may have to put on some sock at some point but so far, no blisters!

Although I have been a size 10 for years, my feet must be shrinking. I kept these, but I think I could have gone down a size. They are comfortable and easy to get on and off.

I ordered my regular size and fit seemed at least a half size larger

Super cute shoe. Love the little bit of sparkle in the fabric. Unfortunately just too wide for my narrower foot.

These felt too wide, and the velcro on the strap was not long enough to tighten adequately. Shoes slipped up and down as I walked.
