I use these to go for walks. I walk an average of 20 - 30 miles each week. The bottom/tread of the shoes wear down causing me to have to purchase a new pair every 6 months.

Be better if they was either water resistant or waterproof ..

I chose this particular all black shoe style for standing and walking at work. Previous Max Cushioning purchases have lived up to its advertised comfort but unfortunately this particular shoe was not a good choice. The Max Cushioning soles do not feel like my previous purchases and I had to add generic cushion pads to make them bearable to get through my work day, unfortunately. My replaced pair of Max Cushioning styled shoes still have better cushioning comfort after over a year of wear.

My previous pair of Skechers were made well and were durable. This shoe feels cheaply made and I don't expect them to last very long

Got shoes as I walk a lot at work. Fell for the max cushioning label. Out a good amount of money as these shoes simply cannot handle a day of being on feet and walking. Be mindful before buying.

I purchased a shoe for Work and before I even put it on part of the design was already falling off. I didn't make a big deal out of it because I purchased for work and they were gonna get beat up pretty good so it wasn't a big deal but for the money I paid which was 100+ I would've hope to get a better quality assembled shoe other than that the shoe is comfortable for a heavy person like me

Never used , it was to small to wear!

It dosent match the size description. Not a good experience while walking fast. Pain in toes

Bought these specifically for work. Started out great and then after about 8 or 9 months, they are now making a crumpling sound with practically every step. very upset and greatly disappointed that I bought 5 pairs !!!! Should see if I can return for at least store or website CREDIT. I'm a loyal Plus member and buy LOTS of Skechers shoes....

Been a huge fan of Skechers for decades, currently own over 10 pairs. This shoe was a disappointment. Toe box is very wide, wider than my other shoes of the same size. Seems to be a lack of consistency between different models. I wish there were more walking/jogging models in a Wide width insteand of having to settle for Extra Wide all the time. Cushioning is less than expected. Shoe comfort does not have that Wow! factor like other models do. And once you find a good shoe it's discontinued a short time later.

I am a woman who is over 6 feet tall, so naturally I have bigger feet. I wear a 10.5 men's which sadly means that I can't get Skechers in women's. I would love to be able to get shoes in feminine colors. That brings me to the reason for this review. I have repurchased this specific shoe style for 5+ years. These shoes now use Goodyear rubber. That's fine, but unfortunately Skechers decided to put the Goodyear logo on the sides of the shoes in bright yellow. I loved these shoes before because they weren't too masculine. I wear them to work because I'm on my feet for 8+ hours and they are very comfortable. I am a larger than average woman, but that doesn't mean that I don't want to wear feminine shoes. The new design makes me feel even more shut out. I'll have to find another shoe brand that is more inclusive.

Shoe feels a little tight around the toes. Not as comfortable as I like upper face. I would like to return asap.

for over 5 years i have bought the Max Cushioning premier vantage in extra wide #54450 and it suited my knee problems. It was the only shoe i bought. Usually i buy 3 at a time and just rotate every day. Now the only shoe available extra wide ( that is not slip in) is the #220840 also called max cushioning premier vantage ..BUT NOW WITH GOODYEAR SOLES.....they are definitely not the same and poorer quality.......VERY DISSAPOINTED --you had a good thing and spoiled it. Read the other reviews ..same thing.

I bought this shoes because everyone told me that this brand was good for work, being a waiter I have to stay a lot hours on my feet. After one short shift I can't feel anymore my feet. So painful. I can't feel any cushion at all. If I could I would send them back. Not for me.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding a pair of shoes I purchased from your store. After less than three months of normal use, noticeable wear began to appear inside the shoe, particularly in the inner lining. Shortly after that, wear also appeared on the outer surface. The shoes did not even last six months before becoming completely unusable. This level of rapid deterioration indicates very poor quality and is completely unacceptable, especially considering the price paid. It is unreasonable to charge this amount for shoes that cannot withstand normal use for a reasonable period of time. The value of this product does not match its price. I hope you will take this complaint seriously, as what occurred is not acceptable and does not reflect appropriate standards for a product sold at this price point.

Is is possible to get a replacement.

These are advertised as just as good as Hoka but they are not even close. I wanted so badly for these to be as good as there is a big price difference but I was totally disappointed. I sent them back immediately and ordered another pair of Hoka. They need to go back to the drawing board before they advertise as just as good.

Sole Wore out after 10 months, side stitching also pulled apart. i am not hugely active have a desk job and am way more sedentry than i good for me so this is extremely disappointing

Shoes ripped apart in less than 6 months

I tried this on in the store. I thought this was the prefect shoe!!! I took ONE step. There is NO structure at the laces. When I took a step. The WHOLE shoe bends into my foot. The whole shoe should bend away from my foot like the skechers walkers I was wearing. There was a bunch of that shoes in the back of the store untouched. They would have sold out. Don't buy these. Wait till they fix it!!!
