I have purchased 3 pairs of the viper court reload and on 2 of the pair the shoestring eyelet has torn within the first month. I have contacted customer service and they said they show no history of this shoe having a problem, however, I find that hard to believe when I've had two pair that tear so quickly. They did not seem to be the least bit interested in offering any solution, just said I could send the shoe back and they would look at it and decide whether they would refund my money. This is not good customer service or a good shoe.

These shoes slid off my heel when I walk, as do almost every Skechers I've tried. Plus, the laces were not long enough to lace through the last two holes to tie them properly for my feet.

Wish I could have exchanged after I wore once. But you policy says no return if worn. Now they will just sit around.

I wear Skechers daily.ordered my usual sizebut too small and I hesitate to go larger. Bummed I couldn't return to local storedue to using PayPal. Also bummed local store doesn't stock pickleball shoes so we can try before we buy. Please consider doing this!

Would only be used for pickleball but feet hurt shortly after starting playing so can't wear.

Returned it

Play pickelball. Shoe did not work. Very uncomfortable. Previous skeechers were great. Not these. Had to return.

I had a pair in size 10 that I had for over a year and absolutely loved so I ordered the exact same model and size. I brought them to pickleball assuming they would fit and as soon as I put them on I realized they were way too small. Unfortunately I had no other shoe to wear so I wore them for my Pickleball game. Now they can't be returned. So disappointed. I bought a pair of new balance- totally happy with them. I may never go back to Skechers.

One side is 1 cm longer than other side. Bad quality. I should have return it but Too much trouble.

This is my third pair and they ripped immediately each time. The part that holds the laces in ripped so the shoe is useless.

Less than 30 days and the fabric piece that holds the shoelaces is broke! I use them to play pickleball. They are supposed to be pickleball shoes. I'm small and weigh 100 pounds so I am not hard on shoes.

Woman's size not a man's. Delivery took too long and the shoes were returned. Much quicker to go through a retailer, if you can find the right size.

These were definitely not slip ons. I had to untie them considerable to get my foot in. They're also clunky. I returned them right away.

I was never disappointed until I purchased these. I purchased for pickle ball and they hurt my feet every week.

can not get them on at all. No good to me .

These were so uncomfortable and rapidly lift a very sore small toe.

I purchased these for my 90 yr old mother but they were too hard for her to slip into.

I never received my order. I've got emails saying that I received the orders and I haven't received anything from Skechers yet

I hate these shoes no kissing to him they're ugly not stylish or nothing cool about them at all overall rating zero

This slip in model is for big heels My foot just slides right out as I walk and the size 6 has my toe touching the end. If I go up a half to fit my toe then I doubt they would even stay on my foot.

Too tight

I was going to use it for pickleball but the lace ties broke within first few minutes of playing. Very tight fit too.

The shoe is very narrow in the toe, I had to take them off after five minutes of wear because they are so uncomfortable. Would not recommend for people who have plantar fasciitis

I have desperately searched for a ladies wide width pickleball shoe. K Swiss is the only company that makes one but it is too heavy. The relaxed fit is not wide enough. Please make a wide width.
