I have high arches, Timberland is one of the few brands where I do not need to add inserts. Have worn these doing 10 hour shifts on concrete floor, 20k+ steps. Any shoe is going to hurt your feet after a time, these have been the most comfortable so far. After 2 months still holding up fine.

Comfortable on day one. Lightweight for a safety shoe. Walk about 10 miles per day without any hot spots on my heals or toes.

I have a lot of different shoes from keen to Jordan's as far as work composite shoes I would say this is the best pair to buy at least as far as the shoes we can pick if your a JLL tech go.
Try these you will like as much as I.
I did buy a boot insole made by Georgia boot company from North 40 that really sealed the deal.

Fit me true to size. Shoes are very comfortable and light weight. The heal area behind my foot took a bit of break in but afterwards these are great!! No issues after 1 year of wear. Lots of concrete and some gravel use and soles still have some life left.

The fit and comfort of this work shoe is very good, at least after 2weeks of everyday wear. The only issue I have is with the laces. They don't stay tight, even with a double knot. I find myself retying my shoes 2 or 3 times a day. Other than that, they're great.

Bought these for work and put Dr. Scholls high instep soles inside. I've been very happy with their comfort, weight and breathability. Only downside has been some fraying to the outer shell.
