Love it! The secret pocket on the logo patch for keys is the best feature of this bag! Great for carrying all your everyday essentials for work or weekend. I wish it did have a zipper close but other than that it's great.

I loved yhe look of this bag online. However, it's not as sturdy as I would have hoped it would be. The chain hurts my shoulders and there id only enough room for my laptop and a few notebooks.

This is a replacement for me for the Ella travel tote. I like how lightweight he material is. The handles on my travel Ella had finally gotten too worn but the chain handle on this will prevent that from happening. You can also dress this one up or down. The handles dons slide which is nice, they are two separate chains. I do wish it had a pad for the shoulder but as long as I am not wearing sleeveless it does not bother me. Side pocket is a nice feature and the inside pocket is a good size.

I just love everything that you sell, I have few shoes and purses. I wish I can have only your brand of shoes and purses but it just pricey. About the purse I returned, I purchased it for my sister and she thought it was leather that was the reason. Even if I don't buy I love to just do window shopping. I don't get tired of just going on the website and seeing the style. Best quality stuff.

The bag is made of some plastic material. You see the pictures and think about a classy beautiful piece that can last for years. However, when I saw it in person I was highly disappointed. Return the item with no issues, great customer service.

Love my new tote! Mellow yellow is my favorite color. The bag is light and comfortable to carry on your shoulders. I paired a beautiful blue sandle to wear with my purse. I am considering buying another color because I love my tote so much. Kudos to Tory Burch for making this bag! TY
