The boot is gorgeous, but I had 2 specific issues on the fit for me: Calf was too wide, and toe was too narrow. When I called customer service, to try and see if there was a boot that might be a better fit, the cusotmer service agent did not seem to have the product knowledge necessary to assist me, and ended up disconnecting the call with me mid-conversation. I called back, got a second agent, who seemed even less knowledgeable about the various boot options, and she also disconnected the call with me. At this point I had spent about 30 minutes on the two calls either on hold or speaking with agent. I did not call back, I simply initiated a return.

These boots fit just as all other Frye boots as far as size. Im a 9 but always wear 8. 5 in Frye brand. Heel is perfect for dressing up or down and comfortable for all day

Beautiful boot, very comfortable and fits true to size. There is nothing better than the smell of real leather when you open the box. :)

Fine quality as advertised

I had to return the too big size. Frye was GREAT with the return process. I received the right size today and they are beautiful and well made. A little big in the shaft but I have thin calfs. With socks and jeans theyre perfect. Very pleased overall. I also own a pair of Frye harness which Ive had forever. And I love them. Thanks Frye.

These boots are terrific!! Great quality tall boots!! I am 58 and they come to just below my knee. The calf is generous but not overly wide. It fits great over a slim pant. I receive tons of comments when wearing these boots. They go with everything and are very comfortable. The heel gives just enough lift.

These boots are gorgeous but without a zipper they are impossible to get on.

I love these boots and wear them all the time. I have them in the chocolate colour and they are gorgeous. The calf on them is on the wider side but I have the regular calf style and don't find them huge. I knew this when I got them though and I think they fit with the style. I do find they run a little big but I wear them with slightly thicker socks and they work great. Very comfortable for all day wear and go with so much. I didn't find I really needed to break them in, they were wearable from the get go.

The boots I received had quality issues. The white plastic band was sticking out of the top of one boot, and there was smeared glue coming out of the seams. I also measured the shaft circumference, since these seemed quite wide around the calf. The description says it should be 14.8 inches, but it was 15.5.

These boots are so comfortable, and stylish. Love the new leather smell.

it is high quality made boot; however,I will be returning them due to the overall width of the boot on my leg. It is too wide.

I don't think I have tiny calves - but would say my body as a whole runs lean. These boots were gaping on my legs and just looked awkward

very disapointed I sent back original pair because the shaft was 17" and the description said it was 15. Its huge on my leg. I'm assuming this is wide leg. The pair sent back to me are the same circumference. None of my emails and requests were considered. I cant get in touch with customer service by phone and i cant return second pair because of it. THE BOOTS WERE $400! I wont be ordering another pair of Frye boots. I think the company is cutting corners and that's not what they are known for. Very sad

the boots are beautiful but had to exchange cause they were damaged and i was charged $12. and i reached out to you all cause i took the $6 aftership off and when i went to payment it added it back on. so i paid $18 for nothing

Love the look, and they are comfortable. The calf however is very wide for my legs.

i have many pairs of Fryes, I typically love them, these not so much. They felt very light and cheap and the calf was huge and looked like a vase at the top. Also not pleased with the 12$ return label and annoyed they applied an after shipping fee of 6$ that i had removed 3 times while ordering other companies don't charge you an after ship fee also was stalked repeatedly with a coupon that never worked had to get in touch with customer service a pain then pay to ship em back. I am done with Frye I think!
