It would be nice to have some cushioning in the bottom

I have a high arch and high instep. I used to wear orthotics, but lately I've been able to find shoes that have enough arch support. These shoes have a very firm arch and it's too far toward the heel to be comfortable for me. It would surely cause pain over time. I bought the Sketch-Lite slip-ins, which are a little better. Not perfect, but I think they'll do.

I was introduced to the Xtra wide arch fit shoe about a year ago . I have strange feet and everytime I find a shoe I like from you ... it's discontinued... it's happened at least 5 times now..I'm very disappointed

Great cushion and support.

Bought a pair of these on september 22 an hour is january 9 and the backs are already falling apart Comfortable shoe wears well. Just does not last.

It probably was great. The color and size were off

Use it for walking and casual wear

The elastic band on top becomes tight after wearing for more than half an hour.

Comfortable, but only lasted 3 months. Fabric is thin and soft and big toes rubbed a hole in only a few months! Never had this happen before.

As I approach age 70 I wanted shoes that I could just slip on and go. I need good arch support to control my plantar fasciitis. These have both of those features. Unfortunately, because they are designed to slip on, they also fit a little loosely. As a result, while they're OK for walking on level ground, walking down hill in them means my foot slides down and my toes smash against the front uncomfortably. I tried a smaller size, but they are too small, with my toes smashed against the front. If I get a size with the normal small amount of space in front, they are impossible to wear comfortably on any incline. I've been buying Skechers for years, but now when I look it seems that the vast majority of their designs are slip-ins, which I will NOT buy again for exercise walking, or they are relaxed or wide fit, both of which are too wide for my normal width feet. There seems to be a very limited selection of laced shoes in a medium width available from Skechers any more. That is a shame,

I'm very disappointed with these sneakers. They do nothing but hurt my feet-the heels, the back, everything. There is nothing comfortable about them at all. Honestly, they are the most uncomfortable sneakers I've ever purchased in my life. From now on, I'll be choosing other brands like Brooks, and Hoka instead.

laces need to be able to tighten. after 3 weeks of office use, they are so loose they are dangerous

Its too narrow

I was looking for a neutral color pair and this brown pair seemed it would be the perfect match for my needs. So, I bought the same size that I have in two other styles out of the three other pairs of Skechers I wear daily (EU 39.5) but this particular style is entirely too narrow and shallow in the toe box. It's the narrowness that caused a lot of cramping and pain. The toe box area is also more shallow than the other Skechers I have. The shallowness only makes it feel somewhat like the top of the shoe over your toes is too close. Not short in length but shallow from top to bottom.

I am unable to wear these shoes because the right shoe laces are too long so they have a big loop in them. I would like to return these shoes for a new pair.

Why no size 9 ?

Your sizing has changed on your shoes! I have a pair of 11.5 Mens Sketchers Arch Fit with the laces and they fit great, I've had them for a year. Now when I order 11.5 mens size on your website (I've now ordered 2 different pairs of 11.5 men's now) and they are too long???

Was planning to use for walking to get exercise but heel slips up and down due to the slip in piece on the heel.

I wore it on a cruise and my knees and feet hurt so bad after a couple of days I had to buy new shoes. Very tight across the ball of my foot. Not flexible. Arch not enough. Very long. Longer than my go walks by a good inch.

Today this utter waste of money found its natural home in the trash can. There is no lateral support. It's almost like you are walking g on a cushion sole with no other support. After almost rolling an ankle three times, I just decided to get over the stupidity of mine in paying this money for this garbage. On the other hand, orthopedic surgery on an ankle costs way more than these junk "shoes" ...shoes being a term to be used very loosely here.
