Usually I'm a 9.5 or 10. Ordered that size first and the shoe was too big. Went down to a 9 and they're perfect. I have neuropathy due to chemo and most shoes I can not longer wear. These were wonderful. Lots of adjustability with the straps. Have never before worn Alegria but am considering trying some other styles.

Love these shoes. Very comfortable. Adjustability of the straps makes them a perfect fit.

Sizing was right, but the soles are not springy at all. They look like they should be, but not on my feet. I will need to return these.

This is a great shoe except for the heel strap. I have a narrow heel. when I tightened the heel strap the end overlapped the strap going across the top of my foot. I think the shoes would have worked out if the heel strap had fastened in the other direction. I will look at the other Alegria shoes and see if there is a similar shoe without the heel and top straps on the same side.

I have such a hard time finding shoes and especially sandals that fit. These were really cute and felt great.

Such a pretty, comfortable shoe! I got it in purple and have paired it with summery lilac solids and white prints. Very pleased with this shoe!
I'd also recommend:

Would say the arch support is somewhere in between excellent and moderate support. Having a fallen arch in one foot causes all kinds of issues with fit and support when it comes to avoiding or lessening joint, foot and ankle pain. This sandal has a sole that is thick and "stiff" enough to spread the pressure walking places on the big toe joint while offering comfortable support in the entire footbed. My foot is narrow but am able to cinch up to make them fit well. Equally as comfortable and supportive as my $200 SAS sport sandals. Will definitely consider purchasing another pair of these Algeria's.
I'd also recommend:
Sandals: Vionic (outstanding), SAS , Revitalign (formerly known as Spenco, but not for narrow feet)

The material, style, and arch support were excellent. However, I have a narrow heel and the ankle strap and the “over the foot” strap closest to the heel were too long. The two straps ended up on top of each other.

If you can get past the orthopedic styling, these are extremely comfortable for a person with plantar fasciitis and hallux limitus

I have had problems with these sandsls since I got them. They are hard to adjust and too wide at front and back. After almost falling multiple times because either the front or back catches on a step or the threshold of a door - yesterday I couldn’t catch myself and fell. I need to send these back or throw thfm out before someone gets hurt
I'd also recommend:
? Maybe Born - and maybe a closed front clog
