Love these sandals. Sorry to return. The straps rub my toes.

I wanted to love these! BUT I have a hammer toe and the toe strap hit it straight on. They also felt stiff to me. I will go back to my Keen Astoria sandals. Thanks Zappos, for your patience!

I have horrific flat feet. I need both arch and metatarsal support. I ordered a 9, should have ordered and 8. The arch support was great. Unfortunately for me there was not enough metatarsal support, so I will need to return them.

I have purchased Taos sandals in this size in the past. This sandal is at least 1/2 size smaller. I returned for the next size up.

Very nice and good looking sandal. I wore it on a cruise we took last summer to the mediterranean and it was very comfortable walking on the ship and also the walking tours. Very happy with this purchase.

These are very comfortable, and true to size at least on this particular style. Didn't have the same experience with some sneakers from same brand. I use them to run errands, semi-casual wear, and to walk around the neighborhood. I have metatarsal fat pad atrophy, high arches, and I was pain free while wearing this sandals. I got mine in black, didn't like the other muted color options, I wish they came in fun colors, perhaps purple, red, plum, blue, etc.

I have serious back problems and need padding between me and the ground and arch support. Finding sandals that fit the bill is almost impossible. These Taos Super Zs are perfect! I can walk on sidewalks, in the desert, hills and have the support I need! I plan to buy a second pair before they're gone!

I have VERY high arches and normally wear inserts. Taos sandals always seem to work-without inserts. So good to have an active sandal I can walk miles and miles in.

These sandals are very supportive and the straps fit well around my foot. I compared them to a similar Dansko style, and the Dansko straps were uncomfortable (misaligned and rubbing in some spots, yet somehow a little loose). I wore them for several hours straight today, mostly milling around, and my feet hardly ached at the end of it. Hardly aching is a major win, since my feet are very crabby.

Straps are stiff out of the box, but a trip through the washer fixes that. So far they are comfortable. I’m a 7.5, got the 8’s. A little long but I think the 7’s would have been too short.

Great fit - seem very practical yet still with a bit of style. I have a bit of a high instep, but the strap fits great. Easy to put on, easy to walk in. I look forward to wearing these a lot this summer.

Just great post foot surgery. Love them, but will use them way beyond post surgery.

This shoes are comfortable! Can walk for miles in them. Would be great for a trip with lots of walking. Maybe not the prettiest looking but still acceptable! Good arch support and I like the thicker sole. I’m a true 10.5 and the size 11 fits perfect.

I've had my eye on these sandals for quite some time, but the price put me off and I didn't NEED them. However, things changed and I needed some travel sandals. These are great! I love the brand Taos. These are comfortable, substantial and I believe will work well on cobblestone streets. I highly recommend Taos and Zappos!

Feel good wearing them. Very pleased with these.

I love the looks of these. I have to return because they are a bit too wide and I need a more neutral arch. They are so rugged and cool looking.

Very comfortable - good arch support. I plan on having a lot of fun in them. I feel there is enough detail that even though they could look a bit clunky - I don't think they are. I will wear them with dresses.

I ordered several sandals for travel and wanted this pair to be durable as well as comfortable. These are the sandals I kept. The fit is great, nice and snug when adjusted, and they are comfortable. The footbed could be a little more cush, but I'm happy.

I have the Super Side sandal also. This shoe was significantly shorter than the Super Side so I returned it.

I usually wear a 10 1/2. The size 10 B fit in length and width except my toes on the right foot went over the front right edge. A issue I have with many sandals. Great arch support except it didn’t hit me right under my arch but right behind my arch. Very soft comfortable materials. I didn’t really like the way so many crisscrossing straps looked, drawing attention to my large feet. Sorry, these have to go back.

The velcro across the toes was irritating so had to return.

I’m a 7 1/2. My toes were at the edge of the 7’s so I returned and ordered the 8. Loved the look and the feel but unfortunately the Velcro would not stay snug around the ankles. The Velcro strip needs to be longer and stronger. I agree with other reviews which have stated about Taos, for the price they really need to offer half sizes. I would suggest if you order this shoe to walk around inside the house at a fast pace and see if the Velcro stays snug. For a sport sandal I really expected good ankle support, and unfortunately this shoe doesn’t measure up. Had to return which thankfully with Zappos it’s easy and free! Ordered the trophy 2 and the 8 fits well, the Velcro is much stronger. Not a sport sandal but super cute and comfy.
