I wanted to love these cute shoes but just couldn't! I have narrower feet and they felt REALLY wide. The arch support out of the box is okay, but I struggle with plantar fasciitis. Even trying them with my orthotics instead of the manufacturer's insoles (which are removable), the wide, super flat soles made me feel like I was walking unnaturally - not a great thing when you have picky feet. If they weren't so expensive I would consider keeping them for occasional wear but I'm looking for a go-to I can wear every day pain-free.

I love the style and footbed of the shoe. Unfortunately the 6M is not long enough and it is too tight in the toe box.

I think these shoes fit (wide enough...long enough...nice roomy toe box)...but they were incredibly uncomfortable. I could hardly walk in them. I think the issue was the VERY stiff inserts. They made the shoe so it didn't flex when I took a step. The arch also hit my foot in the wrong spot. I'm returning them.

Black was really blue color

too short and narrow in toe box, very uncomfortable, good quality. I will return.

Stiff leather

I really like the style of the shoes, including the rubber sole that extends beyond the leather part of the shoe. Unfortunately, the extra rubber sole at the heel of the shoe throws off my stride.

Too wide, too heavy, too ugly

I am giving this rating because I ordered this shoe in two sizes and received both in sizes that I did not order. So sad that Zappos is no longer a good company. I am returning both and buying the shoe elsewhere.
