I thought these were the best rain boots ever, until for some reason they started to peel. I don't know what it is that's peeling off, but I've only had them for a year, and I only wear them when it's rainy or wet outside. This is a shame because they're so expensive, I was expecting them to last longer.

I was got a pair for my birthday last year and they are very comfortable and fit great, however after only nine months of wear the sole has split away from the boot on the right one. I would expect better durability from a brand designed for riding and yard work

This is the most uncomfortable tall waterproof boot I have ever owned. Big fan of Ariat footwear and have owned Ariat boots and shoes for at least 20 years and these are my least favorite. The foot area is extremely skinny and suited for flat feet, I have both a high instep and arch and these squish my foot so much I can only wear extremely thin socks. There only room for skinny jeans or tights due to it being very fitted for the calf area. About halfway up the shin the rubber bends with every step and digs into my shins, it has actually only gotten worse the more I try to wear them. The two good things about this boot are: the toe area is very roomy, I can wiggle my toes around easily, would not need a wide and they are 100% waterproof.

Very comfortable boots and I enjoyed wearing it a lot until the sole came loose from the boot, resulting in wet feet. For the high price for rubber boots I expected more than 1 year of use. I would not recommend for buying these boots when you want to use them in de mud.

I bought them a few months ago for coming wet season. Good looking boots and comfortable BUT didn't last long. I worn them maybe ten times and a side splits. Really upset me

I LOVED these boots from the very beginning. We recently purchased chickens and they are perfect in the chicken house or when working on our land. The bad news is that they have a hole started on each boot in the area where it creases when you walk. I've had them for about six months and they are starting to fall apart. Very, Very disappointed!

I bought these boot last weekend - wore them once, walked down the field to check the horses and the fold on my left boot dug right into my shin - it was dreadful - there is a definitely a design fault here, I'm quite slim (so don't 'fill the wellie') I get the sense that the 'design team' (AI) just 'added a fancy couple of lines' for aesthetics - and nobody actually walked in them - seriously - save yourself the aggro of returning - walk away and go for the Woodstock - so far a thumbs up there

I bought a pair last year after being recommended them by some horse owner friends. "They'll last for years" I was told. I have had one winter season out of them and recently got them out of storage for wet dog walks to find they are no longer water tight! The wellies are the most comfortable I've ever owned but I absolutely do not expect my feet to be wet inside them after about 6 months worth of wear.

The very first day I wore them they leaked. It has only gotten worse by the day. Feet soaked and goes all the way up my pants leg. I finally broke down and bought some water proof socks so my feet were not wet all day everyday. I work at a zoo, I have bought cheap boots, not so cheap boots, and these ( expensive boots) they have all leaked. My cheaper boots lasted me longer then a day though and that says a lot. I was tired of my boots not lasting more then a few weeks before leaking so I came to Ariat for my boots knowing that I would get a top quality product with comfort in mind. That is not what I got. While these are comfortable they will stay with a 1 star from me. I bought rubber boots for a reason, DRY feet. I will never expect any boots I buy no matter the price to last years again I wear boots daily for 8 hours a day. However for the price I just paid I was expecting at least a year or pretty close to it. I have searched and searched these boots and I honestly can not find a hole. So it's obviously very small but a large amount of water gets in, I can dump the water out after I'm done wearing them. When wearing normal socks I could feel the cold water gush in soaking my foot. Wet socks + rubber boots + walking = extreamly painful blister on the back of my ankle. It took forever to heal since the very next day my feet would get wet again and keep rubbing it. That's why I bought water proof socks ( which are not cheap by the way ). Highly disappointed. I would have never expected this from Ariat.
