I loved the look and feel of the shoe, but it ran narrow and I returned it. I ordered a medium width but it felt tight. Rather than take a chance that a wide would be too wide, I ordered the Fuel in my size and medium width which I knew would fit.

Traction and stability are second to none, especially for a spikeless shoe. Toe box is a touch narrow which resulted in some rubbing on the 4th and 5th toes. Midfoot and heel are normal footjoy width. The main thing that makes it 4/5 and not 5/5 is that the interior fabric is quite abrasive on the feet, causing some hot spots on the heels. This seems to be getting better with more use though.

Wore my new FootJoy Pro/SLX golf shoes. I have always needed cleats to keep my feet from slipping but this new cleat-less technology works great. I will now switch to this type of FootJoy going forward.

Great shoes and happy with the little bit wider width. Very comfortable and very stylish shoes. I think they will last a good long while... I do like the navy blue color too...

My old pair of FootJoy's were just a normal wide and they felt like they had a little more room. Waterproofing was good. Just finished up a 3-day golf trip where it rained every day, but my feet stayed dry. As with any waterproof golf shoe, they were a little hot. I received many compliments on the looks and feel like they will get more comfortable with time. I felt I had good stability no matter the terrain. All in all, these are a solid golf shoe. 8/10

What a great pair of shoes! Great fit! Amazing stability! Looks sporty! I wore them right out of the box and on the course without any issues! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

An out-of-the box comfortable golf shoe. I have been wearing Footjoy golf shoes over 45 years and the Pro SLX is definitely one of the most comfortable golf shoes I have purchased. Besides comfort, the shoe provides excellent stability. I ordered two different sizes, one half size apart, to ensure I purchased the correct size as Footjoy told me the Pro SLX runs a little big. I ended up keeping the smaller size and Footjoy refunded my money for the shoe I returned.

This my first pair of foot joys in a long time. Have been buying Ecco C4 and H4 for past few years, and Nike Zoom Victory's. Got tired of the Ecco's looking 2 years old after two months. What impressed me initially with the Pro SLX is their traction and stability. Additionally they wipe clean and look new. Unfortunately no matter how i tied them the tongue in my right shoe kept sliding down/compressing and becoming uncomfortable. My pro shop is trying to exchange them for me. I'm hoping it was just a defective pair as i really want to love them. I will say i have normal feet and the toe box seemed a little narrow, but perhaps i didn't use them long enough to break them in. I'm guessing I'm the exception.

Stylish shoe with superb support. Supple leather and the last allows me to use my orthotics.

As a premium shoe, it's very uncomfortable. The tongue is the thinnest and worst material of any Footjoy shoe. I have Pro SL's, Prolite and Fuel FootJoy shoes. All of these have thick comfortable tongues in the shoe. They are all cheaper yet soft and a joy to wear. In the first round of golf in these SLX shoes the top of my feet were blistered. This has never happened in any of my FootJoys.

Super stable and they kept my feet very dry, but they're not the most comfortable shoes, especially for walking a course. I had a hard time on the back nine. #sweeptstakes

Way too narrow for my son and I even bought the wides. Started pinching as soon as he got them on.

I've worn Footjoy shoes for 30 years. This is the most uncomfortable shoe I ever worn.

Bought shoes on line- they didn't fit- too small so I returned them. Love the shoes but the size I need is not available. Called customer service to ask about restock so I can get what I need. They couldn't give me a date for that so I need to keep looking on line to see when they become available. It would be nice if a trigger could be in the system to alert the customer when their desired product becomes available. Thank you.

When I was looking at these I read on the website about the shoes that I should order 1/2 size smaller. For me, this was incorrect. I had to reorder the size I wear in all of my other footjoys. A little frustrating.

Ordered wide, runs narrow

I have very wide feet so I need an extra-wide fitting and I prefer light colours, here in the UK that restricts me to only ONE style of FootJoy shoes. It turns out that this one style is hideous. While the shoes I bought were too small for me anyway they look and feel 9 sizes too large. Probably the ugliest shoe I've every tried what is the point of the plastic flange thing around the heal or the sole that sticks out everywhere as if we need help not falling over. I'm also not convinced that the sole would provide decent grip in wet/muddy conditions anyway. I just want a simple shoe that's designed to fit wide feet and be comfortable and that won't trip me up because the sole sticks out half an inch in every direction... like FootJoy used to make. Give us in the UK the same choice that's available in the USA they have 15 or 20 extra-wide styles.

Great the first few times I wore them then as the softened the right shoe is digging into the top of my foot! I'm in agony can't wear them at all

Stain very bad can not get stains removed . Falling about . Bought them less than 11 months ago . Bought them brand new . For the price I paid for them they are not great quality!
