The description said the heel was 2 1/2 inches. They were actually 3 1/2 inches. Had to return. The shoes were beautiful though.

Disappointed for a Betsey Johnson shoe. The one strap that goes around the ankle was a good inch shorter on the left shoe compared to the right one.
