I love the durability. I love the arch support!

I love, love, love Skechers. I have been buying them for many years and didn't even look at other brands. But now you have ruined most of them by putting in the memory foam. It's such a shame. I am thinking of the Fresh Start mostly, but you have done it with others, too. Such a disappointment.

I wear them everyday. Not as comfortable and as supportive as other Sketchers I have purchased. Also the right shoe is not wide enough even though it is a wide size

I had a black pair, same style for work and they were ready to be replaced. Due to corona, I had to buy online and got the same exact pair but in white and they are awful! My feet hurt so bad at work. Not sure if they make them different or not but these are awful.

I used these once as my new work shoes however could not get through my shift without changing

These shoes are attractive and well made. I know that they are not marketed as having removable insoles; however, the only way that I can wear these shoes is by removing the memory foam insoles and replacing them with my custom orthotic insoles. When I manage to do this, these shoes work well for me. The problem is that it is nearly impossible to remove the insoles because of the ridiculously large amount of strong glue that holds the insoles down. It is a major project to get them out, and is nearly impossible. Please, please use just a small amount of "normal" glue so that I do not have to spend an hour on this while breaking nails, shredding the memory foam and using tools to remove little pieces of remaining foam. Better yet, don't use any glue, and market them as having removable insoles. I would bet that this would result in increased sales for you!

They look nice & the price was right, but for a :wide" shoe, they were not wide at all. My feet felt like they were being squeezed like an orange, They are too tight / narrow. I couldn't wait to get them off when I got home! Hopefully I can return them. Not what I expected from Sketchers.

The product looks totally different online than it does in real life. Okay with it though

I ordered 8.5 and it runs small I guess I would need to order a 9 women's wide.

This is the first time I purchased a pair of sketchers, the sizing was too big and the width also, when I tried to exchange I was giving a hard time by Customer service..so needless to say I'm stuck with this pair.

Shoes seemed durable but were tighter across toes than expected. Not comfortable at all. Had to return them.

I bought this style because the last style that I wore have been discontinued, which were comfortable like slippers I wear these 24/7, running errands, walking, etc. and wanted a shoe with good support. This style is not good for me. I have been wearing them for about a month and a half now and my knees, legs and lower back ache. When I take them off at the end of the day and put on my slippers I get instant relief. They don't have a very good arch support and they feel clumsy on my feet like i"m wearing the shoe boxes instead. I'll have to find another style better suited to me.

The shoes I received looked as if they were a pair that should of been rejected. Will not but again, and if ask I'll show the shoes I received. Terribly disappointed..

I am a waitress and I find Skechers don't hurt my feet by the end of the day. These shoes are the first catchers I have bought that to hurt my feet so I wear them when I am not working only.

Not true to size

I ordered a 9 1/2 wide and got a size 8 wide. Very disappointed. How do I return it and either get the right size or my money back?

They have a very sturdy sneaker, but the top hole for putting in the shoelaces cuts the shoelaces.

Things are not good when you have to keep buying shoelaces because the top hole keeps cutting the shoelace on the left shoe.

Really disappointed with this pair i always have D'lites but this pair are awful, they are not as good quality as i have had before, and they squeak when i walk really bad, best place for these are in the bin. I cant even return

Dissapointed with my first pair of sketchers, ripped after 1 week and now worse after 1 month.

Walking to try and get use to them hard to walk in

I tried to get full return on my credit card but I couldn't because u said they were worn out, I only wore in my house! U sent an e-card instead, why would I want to buy another product when u claim they were worn too much, totally wrong business!
