I love this shoe. My feet are very hard to fit, so I need a 9 1/2 WW. Thank goodness for Zappos or there would literally be no other way for me to get pretty shoes! These shoes are beautiful, well-made, comfortable and affordable

Wide width is comfortable for me. Heel height is moderate and balance is stable. I never wear heels, but I can tolerate these. That says a lot. I returned 10 pairs of rejects to various stores. Give these a try!

The shoe ran slightly long, but wasn’t enough to send them back. They are so comfortable that they won’t even need a break-in period. I plan to wear these heels on a cruise with my formal attire. Love how they sparkle!

It is a beautiful comfortable shoe. The shoe is one sizer larger and wider than marked. So an 8W in this shoe would fit more like a 9W. The champagne color is perfect... not too gold. The material on the shoe is durable, but soft and stretchable. The strap is short like others have mentioned, but it buckles nicely around my ankles. I am simply returning these and ordering them a size smaller.

Strap not long enough to accommodate my large instep. Otherwise, feel true to size and width.

Got these for my daughter for her prom. The style was exactly what she was looking for to go with her Chinese Qipao style dress. The edges of the shoes were a bit stiff and she needed to use a few band-aids to avoid blisters but she said overall, the shoes were comfortable enough to wear for the whole night.

Great looking and feeling shoe. why on earth did someone assume that a person wearing a wide shoe would have an ankle approximately 2-1/2" in circumference? The ankle strap was about 2" too short! Otherwise, I would happily wear these shoes.

For many years I have been looking of a closed toe dress shoe with heels in double wide width. These shoes fit all of my requirements- they are a beautiful looking shoe, and they are so comfortable because they are my size and therefore my foot is not pinched. I bought all four of the colors since it is unlikely I will find another shoe like this for many more years.

Very comfortable heeled shoe. No pinching, rubbing or squeezed toes. Spent 6 hours on my feet and was surprised at the comfort.

Size is great, they look amazing. I ordered for my son's wedding.

These shoes were very comfortable as well as attractive. Wore them new to a 6 hour function. Received compliments and never felt any discomfort. Love them!

When I slipped these on, they felt magical -- as if I had already been wearing them a month to break them in. I consider them true to length and width; I wear a 12M. They have a roomy toe box that accommodates my bunions as well as the square shape of my toes, but still keeps its feminine look with the cute heel that is stylish but not like walking on stilts! I am so pleased!

These shoes are beautiful, flattering and very comfortable, particularly for a dressy shoe!

I absolutely love the dress shoes. It is very difficult to find wide, E width, in a 2" high heel dress shoe that does not show your toes. I bought the beautiful black shoes and wore them to a formal dinner party. I was able to stand for over an hour during the cocktail hour and during the entire night without my feet hurting. It is so nice to have beautiful dress shoes that fit my feet. I ended up also buying the pewter and silver shoes for future events.

These shoes are attractive and quite comfortable for "dressy" heeled shoes, especially the flexible material at the front/top of the foot. The "wide" size is particularly comfortable and it's great to find a dressy, pretty shoe that comes in a true "wide" width. As stated in other reviews, they do run about a half size larger than the size stated. The only complaint I have is that the space around the ankle- in both the regular size width and also the "wide" width (I ordered both, and chose the "wide")- gapes with a space in back. Adjusting the strap doesn't fix this issue. I plan to get heel inserts to put in the shoes to fill in the space, which I hope will solve the problem.

Strap was not long enough which is a problem as I have wide feet not a huge ankle! Shoe has what looks like some abrading on one side.

Beautiful and comfy. Sizing is not normal for these shoes. I had to return 2x to get it right.

This shoe is gorgeous but the strap was not nearly long enough. I am sorry to have to return them. Just what I was looking for.

Beautiful shoe. However the strap hit on my ankle bone, instead of below it, so my ankle bone is constantly getting rubbed,

I ordered my regular size 7.5 WIDE. This shoe is marked 7.5W but is at least 8.5 or 9.0. Very, Very large! I do not recommend this item as you will not know if you are getting the right size until you try it on. It wasn't even close to a 7.5. I purchase 7.5W all the time in a variety of brands....this was very disappointing. Thank goodness for the Zappo return policy. Returned item for full refund.

Attractive shoe style, but no arch support and felt wobbly. Hazardous for dancing.

I have very wide feet, so I don't say this very often: The fit, size, and style of this shoe were great. The fabric did not suit my taste. I needed a pair of nice dress shoes like for a job interview. This shoe with the sparkly fabric as chosen was a little too forma, too black tie. If this shoe upper were in cute colors on different materiald, I would buy one of each.

Great shoe for a classic 1930's style gown. Toe box is wider than many others but doesn't look boxy. No weird digging in across the top of the toe either. Very happy.
