Customer Reviews Ariat Moresby Twin Gore Waterproof Boots

This is a 'better in person' and quite comfortable waterproof boot that is probably best for Fall/Winter errands around town; they're pretty cute actually. I ordered these to be my go-to barn boots for light chores however. Based on a try on at home, I don't know that they can last more than a season. When flexing the foot for bending down, I can see the stress on the welt where it attaches to the top of the boot. This area is where separation can happen which compromises waterproofing. They are ever so slightly narrow for my wider foot, but like my other Ariat boots (Wexfords), they would probably loosen-up over time. Length was fine for my normal size of 7.5, however I'd suggest going 1/2 size up if you have a wider foot.

I'm a 6.5-7, 37, normal to narrow foot and high arch, and these fit just right in width and length. They're beautiful boots, comfy and structured as Ariats are in the footbed. Unfortunately the right boot rubbed my shin and I couldn't figure out how to manage that so they are going back. They are also the squeakiest boots I've ever tried on! Super cute design though, wish they worked for me.
