I loved these boots and finally decided to get them. I was so excited to wear them and paired them with some Ariat jeans. I wore them all day and they were very comfortable and didn't have an issue with comfort. I was so disappointed when I took them off and noticed that they had started to peel where the shaft met with the foot area. Taking into consideration the price of the boot I didn't expect the bad quality of craftsmanship. I own 2 other pairs of Ariat boots and expected the same quality from these. I am giving the benefit of the doubt and exchanging them to see if another pair will do the same thing. Otherwise I will be returning for a refund.

I have to express my disappointment, not in the boots, but in Ariat. I ordered these boots and I will say, these boots are stunning, photos do not do them justice. They are amazing craftsmanship and just stunning in every way from the feel, to the color. However, I received them yesterday and shipped them back today. The shaft is so ridiculously small that anyone above a size 4 in pants should never buy them. My calves are a little larger and these absolutely will not go on me. Honestly it's one of the most frustrating moments I have ever had with a boot. I have bought several pairs of boots in several other brands and had no issues but Ariat clearly does not market their boots to anyone with larger calves.

NO Delivery! After weeks, I called and told SOLD OUT!

I never received my order. It took them 4 weeks to just cancel my order without even telling me. I checked the order status online to find out. I spoke with customer service and they said they couldn't locate the item, then found it and should have shipped a couple of days later. That's when I saw online that it was cancelled. Even though the boots are still available on the website. I'm super disappointed and won't be ordering again.

I have tried to place an order for these boots two separate times. BOTH orders have been canceled after reassurance from customer service multiple times that the boots were about to ship out. The cancellation email showed BOTH times that the boots were out of stock yet my size shows as available online. Very frustrated and disappointed Order number: 28579307 Order number: 28547882

I NEVER receivrd this boot. They sent me someone else's order, an ugly man's ginormous boot. I was so upset. Then their sgent told me it would be iver a WEEK to get a return slip emailed to me and get this, they would not (did not) send my ordered boot to ke. My husband was so exasperated with the agent that he finally told her to cancel the while order. I have NO boot, they continue to take money from my account. I am disappointed with MY Ariat exoerience. Wound up speaking with no less than THREE agents. First was ascenine, others were kind, but seemed powerless to do the right thing. I wrote a scathing review on social media, the company did not respond. I asked about supervisors, but the staff gatekept me from speaking to someone with authority. Upper management needs to know the ineot way my purchase is being handled. It is a travesty.

I have loved ariat boots for years but this pair is extremely poorly made! The blue stitching around the pull holes were coming out when I received them. A couple weeks after that,the thread on the top started coming out. Last week I pushed 1 only 1 poop pile out of my way and now the boot is discolored where the poop touched it. These boots are only 2 month old.

These boots are cute and comfortable. I bought them for riding and used them twice in two different saddles. I inquired with Ariat if they were for riding or a fashion boot. Turns out they aren't for riding. I wish the product info shared that detail. Sharing so no one else purchases for riding. I am stuck with a size 7 that is not useful.
