While the boots looks well made, the comfort is level is a one, the boots lacks cushion, there's no way these boots can be worn all day.

Beautiful white Casanova boots. I returned because the zipper is difficult to close and catches on the side of the leather. I'm 5'3", and the boot was too tall, making it hard to sit down because the shaft came above my knee and rubbed on the back of my leg near the knee area. Also, while walking, the shaft rubbed against my leg causing discomfort/irritation.

Been looking forward to ordering these for months arrived today and they are going straight back. Unfortunately these do not fit order same size as I have always worn from Ariat but at least 1 whole size to sall

Boots are nice! Wide wasn't as wide to fit me. Otherwise it would be the perfect boot.

I would like to say that I am so grateful that Ariat offers some shoes In wide widths. But I have taken a few stars off because of the limits to the wide width selection. I would kill for some wide width teal boots. But I have to choose between 3 basic colors. Better than 20 years ago, but still: please us wide feet girls want to look cute too.

Boot cute true to size but not wide calf friendly and that suck. Now can't keep nor buy other colors wanting.

The boots are beautiful and well made. However, they arrived with scuffs on the toes, for the price, I expected them not be in perfect condition. I reached out to customer service and they assured me they would send me a new pair. A week later I still had not heard from them. I opened another on-line ticket requesting someone to call me and I never heard back form anyone via phone or email. Very disappointed in their customer service. I will not purchase from the website again.

I was so excited to order a new pair of boots for my birthday. When I received the boots I realized that the left boot was damaged. It had small cuts all over the boot. Also, the sowing on the zipper side was damaged. Very disappointed as I wanted to wear the boots for my birthday dinner. I wish I could upload pictures to show the damage.

I have multiple pairs of Ariats and these are the first pair I've been disappointed with, the paint peeled off after half a day, they're so uncomfortable and rub the top of my legs. Tried bringing this up in a store and was just treated rudely, not the quality you expect for the price

The quality of the boot is great. The color however is not for me. I took the chance on the mystery box but did work out for me this time. Too bad they can't be returned.

Extremely cute and fashionable boots. I so desperately wanted these to work, but unfortunately can't make them. I've owned a lot of boots in my day, and I've never had this problem, but they basically forced my toes up in the boot which is extremely uncomfortable. Wound up returning.

I don't know if mine were built wrong or if this is how they are supposed to be but I can feel the edge of the heel digging into my foot as if there's nothing in between. I'm going to keep them and just buy inserts because they are absolutely stunning boots but I'm incredibly disappointed considering the price of them.

I haven't even worn these out, just tried on with a few outfits and the stitching by the zipper has already come undone!

I bought a 1/2 size bigger and it is so narrow that my foot wouldn't even begin to go into the show part of the boot.

Let me start by saying these are SO CUTE. However, there's a good sized heel on these making it awkward to walk in for us unseasoned people. I wear between an 8 & 8.5 normally, and opted for the size 8 which led to my toes being a bit squeezed by the point of the boot. 12/10 aesthetics, 3/10 functionality

Opened the box to wear them for a photoshoot and one of the boots was damaged at the top, the seam ripped out. I had no other choice but to wear them for the photoshoot but still very disappointed after spending so much money.

This boot is absolutely beautiful great quality!! I was so excited to buy them for my sister. They are made way too small you can not fit your foot in the boot. My sister has a tiny foot size 6 1/2 so it was not her foot. It was disappointing she had to return them.

I was so excited about to ordered those babies and ohhh surprise they are not in my size what is 12 so Totally disappointed! Please added extra size to this.

I ordered a pair of boots on 8/4 needed them for an event 8/9. So I pay for the fastest shipping because the website said they would arrive 8/8. Boots never show up. So I call customer service to cancel my order and it was still at the warehouse. Suddenly it ships after my request to cancel. Boots get here two days later. At this point I had talked to two different customer service reps who both said I would be refunded on the shipping because they didn't ship on time. So I call customer service for the third time. This time she says because they shipped in two days the store fulfilled the fast shipping and they could not refund me. She talked over me and was reluctant to escalate the issue with another rep. Finally got a refund for the shipping issue.

I had to return them. Not wide calf friendly. They were beautiful but couldn't even get my foot in and my foot isn't even big. I just have a bigger calf.

While these boots are beautiful on the outside, I will warn you that they are not comfortable. I tried breaking in and still every time I've tried to wear these boots. They just hurt my feet so bad I would not recommend them. I love love Ariat boots and I've bought many But this is the one purchase that I regret. I wish that I could return. Do not spend the extra money on these these, another boot is much more comfortable.

One of my boots came in with a weird damaged texture along the tongue. It's unfortunate I was very excited for these boots.

Was NOT HOT pink!! They are fuchsia. More purple.

Purchased the Casanova after months of research between this brand and others. Somehow I received a pair of boots that had multiple issues, scratches on the leather, missing stitching and a very noticeable gouge in the edge of the footbed of the right boot. I returned the boots and reluctantly re-ordered another pair. Extremely disappointed because I received nothing more than my original discount for my inconvenience. I now have to wait two weeks for the replacement whereas I received the original pair within 4 days. My experience has not been great.
