Aweful, simple the worst customer service Ive every experienced, was sent the wrong size then sent 12 emails but no one replied. Managed to get a response from Facebook messenger in the end. But had some weak excuse about labels being changed. And wanted four or five photos of the product before they would do anything.

Great shoes, lightweight and comfortable. Better than the last pair of Olukai's I bought, the (Punini). Hoping these come out with a new black color.

Great sneaker. Light and incredibly comfortable. Sneakers runs a bit wide so I sized down a half size. Exchange process was quick and very easy.

My new favorite shoe. Like the fit and feel of this model. I am a little biased though as this is my 10 pair of olukais.

Upon receiving the Tradewind shoes I walked the entire Freedom Trail in Boston. It was the perfect shoe for this walk. I was literally on my feet for 6 hours and my feet never knew it. Fashionable and comfortable all in one!!

These are very comfy shoes. My only concern is I am not sure how well they will breathe in the summer months. I usually wear a 9.5 in sneakers and went with a size 9 in these. And they fit perfectly.

It's a good little tennis shoe. It's NOT navy in color, more like a seriously faded blue.

Might be on my 12th pair of Olukai shoes They are so well made and all stylish and you get constant compliments. The design is so comfortable and the soles come out to allow washing and keeping them fresh. The tradewinds might be my favorite so I now have two. The canvas is soft and clean. Buy them you will love them

This true to size stylish shoe is very comfortable for all day use. Easy to pair for work or entertainment.

Feel and look clunky

I am really happy with my new lite blue tennis shoes! They are so well constructed! The fit is snug but not overly so. I have been looking for a leisure shoe, but not a running shoe: these fit that description. With the heal up in the back you can move forward briskly, and these shoes let you do that! Thank you for all those features in one pair of great OluKais!

I love the shoes but had to return them. I was expecting a darker blue versus (similiar to a bule oxford shirt) but the shoes were more purplish which was a disappointment. Looking forward finding another pair shoes.

Super comfy shoes and my feet can foul up some shoes without socks but these stayed cool and fresh. Loveem kinda like every shoe Ive purchased from Oli Kia

Really cool looking but it stretches a lot. Have to wear thick socks because my heel comes out. Same size i get for all my olukais.
