My review for this shoe has nothing to do with the shoe, but the organization and what this business has become. I was shipped the wrong shoe. It was not in a Dr Marten's Box (which was probably why it was the wrong shoe.) Having just the shoes, just loose in the box just looked and felt cheap. It is a great way to have your product come scuffed from mailing. I used to love Zappos. It used to be a place that was my go to for shoes. That is no longer. The business who bought it (which shall not be named) does not care for it's customers, not really. Customer service is still nice, and you can actually talk with someone on the phone, so there's that, but that's it. Zappos is no longer special. It will be a long while before I even think about buying from them again. And I probably won't. Another good shoe store bought by those who don't care bites the dust. Oh well. Nothing lasts forever.

So cute but disappointed. These are adorable doc loafer/mary Janes. I wanted to love them. I have narrow heels and while the shoe fits they slip off my heel. Usually this problem is solved with a mary jane style bc there is an adjustable strap across the top of the foot and that keeps shoes from slipping. I can tell that they are comfortable, flexable (for Docs) and soft. The toe is more squared off than rounded and they are polished and unique. I really wanted to love them but the fit just didnt work for me. Its too bad bc they are really cool.

I ordered the boot version of these, and decided I needed the non boot version as well. Very smart looking and very comfortable. Order at least a size down. I’m an 8 1/2 in normal street shoes, so I started with a 9, but it was much too large. Exchanged for an 8, and they are still a little big. Length works, so will keep them and just use a gel insert to make up for my narrow foot.

I was not sure of these at first. I bought them then returned them then bought them again. I LOVE THEM. I love the amount of heel these have. They are super super comfy. If you are thinking about getting. a pair, GO FOR IT!

HEAVY. Each shoe weighs 1 lb 11 0z. That's a lot of weight on your foot! SOOOOO cute though!

I need to size down. But product is gorgeous
