The fit and size were fine. I have peripheral neuropathy and was hopeful that these shoes would be as wonderful as I remember them in years past. The shoes are great, my feet are a problem and the pain caused by the ridges in the soles is indescribable...again, not the shoe but my feet.

The huge buckles on these made my large size 41 feet look even bigger! Also the gold was very shiney on the buckles and the leather and I would’ve preferred matte. Returning these for these reasons but the fit was super comfy in a narrow so I’m going to try another color in the Arizona fit.

Beautiful. Cool. Comfortable. Well constructed. The leather is so rich looking. Might need to break them in a bit before all day wear...but I love these Birkenstocks. Free one day shipping...how does Zappos do that? Amazing shoes. Amazing company. Love you Zappos...xo

These are more of a dusty cognac than expected. It makes me wonder if the Zappos pair is different than the cognac that can be purchased directly from Biirkenstock?

The straps stretch out over time but I'm used to that in Birks. They are the only shoes that make my plantar fasciitis disappear. I wear them everywhere all day long except when I have to go in to the office, they're too casual for that.

I purchased my usual size 41 in ceramic rose, absolutely love the color not sure about the width. I’m typically a regular/medium in Birkenstocks but these were just a tad snug for me. I don’t have wide feet at all but there just is t as much room as I’m typically used to. I’ll keep them because they are super cute but may not wear them as often. FYI they squeak a little when you first break them in, I think it’s the contrasting leathers rubbing together.

Great sandal, comfortable Birks and buckles don’t look cheap, however the picture is misleading - the bottoms of the brown sandal is WHITE, not black.

Fit and size are ok. The leather is cheap and hard. Not like it used to be with that thick soft leather. Not worth the money any more.

Just not was I was wanting out of good ole comfortable Birkenstocks. Although I love the style of the big buckle birks I can't figure out why they are not on the softbed sole and only come in narrow. I wanted to like them but not comfortable enough for me!

While I love the look of these, I’m getting blisters along the side of my foot anytime I wear them for more than an hour. I’ve hand birks in the past and this never happened. A couple friends said to keep wearing them and they’d break in. I’ve now worn them 8-10 times and it’s still happening. I was in so much pain on an outing that I had to buy another pair of shoes to wear home. I’m so disappointed with this pair. Not sure what’s going on with them.

I’m typically a 10 regular in Birkenstocks so I was apprehensive about ordering a narrow. I have a medium width foot and there just isn’t as much wiggle room as I like also it seemed a half size short. The footbed is very slippery compared to other styles. Very cute shoe but I’m uncertain how often I’ll wear them.

The color is great and the shiny gold buckles definitely make these more stylish “dressy” than the other pairs of Birkenstocks I have. But they don’t seem as comfortable and are super light. Maybe that’s not bad, haven’t worn them (outside of the house) to really tell. But they definitely seem like a different quality &/or material/construction than other Birkenstocks. For $150 I’m still on the fence with them...

I received these today and have already returned them. I did so want to love them. The foot bed was a slick finish and not the suede lined as described in the information, and the buckles were cheap sounding and looked to be poor quality compared to my other Arizonas. The color is pretty but sandal was too slick to keep my foot in place with or without socks. They also felt wider than usual even though I ordered a narrow but this could be due to the foot bed being so slick. sad.

Sadly, despite what what the Q&As say, the cognac color arrived with a white/cream colored sole. I love the look in the picture, but just can't get behind the cream color sole.

I was very dissatisfied with these Birks! I am returning them. The insoles were plastic like and the buckles are very cheap looking. Not like any of my other Birks.

These shoes were white on the bottom, not black. The fit was fine but the white bottom wasn't.

I discovered only recently that Birkenstocks fit me really well. I love the arch support. These have been great sandals for me!

Good fit ensured as the buckles cinch the foot into place. Bed is not cork so initially feels a bit stiff.

Adjustable buckles make it easy to cinch into the right position for comfort and fit. The up-scale metal of the buckles makes the Big Buckle slightly dressier than regular Birkenstocks. The bed is not made of cork and initially feels stiff

They are beautiful! However, my right foot has a bunion, so unfortunately they were not comfortable on that foot. My left foot was fine.
