Love them! The soft footbed is worth the extra cost. It really makes a difference in comfort. Bought size 8-8.5 and they fit like 8

I really love the style, but I had a problem with the fit on the right foot. I had to return because of the fit, but I wanted them to work. I have since noticed that 2 people I know have the exact same pair!! So cute!

Let me start off by saying that I absolutely love these sandals. I ordered the narrow width ones because my feet are on the skinnier side and they fit great. Arch support is far better than any other sandal I've owned so these are automatically my favorite. I also got the "soft footbed" option, and I'd say it's worth it. I also own non-soft footbed Birks and it's not awful but it's not as pleasant. The only reason I knocked a star off was because the strap sizing seemed to be different on each sandal. One of the straps is longer than the other so I have to put on buckle on the 3rd hole vs the other on the 1st. It's not super noticeable so I didn't mind all that much. Overall, great shoe and I'll buy again once these are worn out, but that probably won't be for a few years if they're like my other pair :)

Birkenstock has always been a little expensive but worth the price. My last pair of sandals lasted 10 yrs! The quality of these seem similar. I wear them in the summer and in the house as slippers in the winter. Good value. Fits my foot like a glove.

I got a regular and straps were way too long. But they were comfortable, footbed and suede straps. I liked the width though.

Too wide, had to return.

I was so excited to find Birkenstock had a "narrow" width. With skis for feet, I cannot handle medium width shoes unless they are athletic shoes and socks are able to "fill" them for me. Unfortunately, even the narrow Birkenstock did not work. I had too much room under both straps. Doesn't make sense to have to punch additional holes in new shoes... so back they must go. Hate it. Will continue the quest for skis.

Comfortable but too big.

I bought my regular size - 41 size 10 these are longer than usual, I catch the back on some steps going down They were purchased for indoor use so I'll stick with them. My Mephisto's fit better.

I have not had Burks in years so it was nice to get another pair again. I love them, comfy and will last for years.

I love this shoe, but even the narrow width is wide. I ordered to pairs and one was very stiff and the second pair felt like each shoe was two different sizes in terms of the straps. Too much variability to order online. Both were returned.

I bought theses for my daughter for her birthday. She has worn a similar pair for years but is so thrilled with the new comfort foot bed! I am going to order a pair for my self.

I really like these shoes, but I feel as though the straps are rather larger on my feet, but maybe I should have gotten a "narrow" width. They are super comfortable!

I am usually a ballet flat person but was determined to find a supportive pair of sandals because I will be pregnant well into warm weather this year. I am a true 7.5 Medium and needed a 39 in these. I have almost non-existent arches and had initially tried the Granada style Birkenstocks, which were incredibly painful due to their level of arch support. The Arizona Soft Footbed is the most comfortable style I have found in the Birkenstock lineup, and they have provided comfortable support for hours of walking. I can tell once I step out of them that I no longer have the arch support, but it does not cause discomfort. I have the suede strap buckles on the tightest setting even right out of the box (even with pregnancy-related swelling), so I am concerned the suede may stretch over time and I'll have to have another hold added to maintain a proper fit. Overall, I'd recommend because these are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn.

These shoes are so comfortable! Birkenstocks are "in style" again but they're never going to win any awards for style in my book. That said, they are very comfortable. Make sure to break them in as it will take some time for your foot to adjust to having proper support. Much better choice for my feel than flip flops this summer!

I really wanted some black Birks that had black buckles. I finally got these and they're perfect--same comfort as I'm used to with the soft footbed, but I love the monochrome look. I have some pairs in the narrow width, but got these in the regular for that little extra room.

I love the soft foot bed. Nice construction, good placement of straps. I bought a narrow and that's still too wide for me. I had to add an extra whole in both straps. Works okay for around the house but would not want to do a lot of heavy walking in them. They still feel wide. If that wasn't the case, I think I would love them. I marked as "true to size" because the length seemed right. I would not call them narrow. More like average width.

These are so comfy! They look pretty bulky on my size 5 feet and probably won't turn my husband on but they seem built to last and perfect for summers in the south. Next time, I'd probably order the light pink to be a bit more feminine but these are great, too.

So far so good. Just been wearing them around the house to see if I like them. Plus a friend said there is a break in period. The soft foot bed is softer than without but I thought it would be more padded. Still a good sandal tho!

i wear between a 5 1/2 and 6 in most shoes and i ordered a 36. Should have ordered a 35!

Definitely my "go to" comfy shoes. You can never go wrong with a pair of Birks!

Although not the stylish of shoes, they are very good for my overall foot health. The arches and foot beds in theses shoes are helping with my lower back pain and plantar fasciitis.

my husband loved his shoes. Felt like walking on air. He stands on his feet all the time and these sandals are very comfortable and supportive.

Shoes are very comfortable and true to size. Product seems pricey.

I have been really excited to buy these shoes for a while because I've heard great things. When I actually bought them, I had some trouble finding the right size. I am normally 7.5-8, but I have somewhat narrow feet. I first tried size 38 narrow, which was great in the width but too small length-wise. Then, I exchanged them to get 39 narrow (which was easy and free with Zappo's!!) which was the right size length-wise but too wide, despite the fact that I got narrow! In the end, I managed to punch holes in the leather to tighten the straps. They are really comfortable and nice to wear around, but be careful if you have narrow feet. I have never had so many issues with getting a shoe to fit before. It may be better to try in the store before ordering online. But, Zappo's was awesome with free delivery & fast delivery/exchange!
