Great for Plantar’s Fasciitis - This is an amazingly comfortable and supportive shoe. The position of the footbed, combined with the way it supports the sole of my foot, almost completely relieve the pain of my plantar fasciitis. With the cushioned insole, I can walk in it all day without pain.

Comfort! These sandals were so worth the wait. My size wasn't available right away but Zappos notified me when they were available and of course with their overnight shipping they were here in no time! They were comfortable from the moment I put them on. Wore them for an extended period of time for the first time and no blisters. I would recommend the soft footbed over the regular ones. I tried those first and ended up sending them back. These are great!

This is the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn! I loved my old Birkenstock Arizona sandals, but these Soft Footbed ones just rock. They're comfortable, supportive and springy fresh out of the box. I wear them all the time for just hanging out and short walks. I don't know about really long athletic walks though, because I prefer my high top sneakers for that.

Love this shoe! I am 60 years old and have worn this shoe for years and years. My puppy recently chewed on them, so I have just replaced two pairs of the Birkenstock Arizona soft footbed. They are comfortable and wide enough in the toebox. I have had several foot operations over the years and always come back to this sandal for comfort. I only wish the soft footbed came in other colors!

Great for Plantar Fasciitis! If you have plantar fasciitis, or just tired feet, please consider these shoes. They are not the most trendy-looking shoes but your feet will thank you! Birkis especially work well if your arch is on the normal to higher side. The soft footbed is EVEN better than regular Birkenstocks- I have been wearing them almost daily for a year and the foot beds are still soft. (Wore regular Birkenstocks for 20 years before that.) I only wish Birkenstocks made steel toed boots so I could wear them at work too!

Birkenstock's Arizona Soft Footbed delivers - I find this sandal to be very comfortable - as much as the custom orthotics in my walking shoes. The footbed is easy on the feet and the support is where I want it to be. I, like others, eventually needed to punch extra holes in the straps because they stretched. I thought the width was just a tad narrow to be called a wide version of the sandal. I would buy Birkenstock Soft Footbed sandals again.

Birkenstock soft foot beds - Bought for my daughter with Down Syndrome--very pronated (not flat) feet (rolls in). They support better than other sandals I have gotten for her, but if you really need custom arch supports (which she does), these are no substitute...We like them for hot days and short walks--she sears walking shoes with her arch supports most of the time.

Well satisfied - I just received my first pair of Birkies in the mail today. I think I've found a new favorite pair of footwear!! They feel comfortable, right out of the box, and the foot bed feels very natural. Zappos should be commended too, on their speedy delivery. I'll be bookmarking Zappos for my future footwear needs, that's for sure!

Love this shoe! From the moment I took them out of the box and placed them on my feet it was love. They are so comfortable and cute. These shoes are the reason why I will be a devoted Birkie for life.

My Best Friend - My best friend had this shoe and completely wore it out. She would rather go without most shoes with the exception of this pair. I sent her a new pair as a surprise and her response said it all: "Happy Feet, Happy Feet!!"

Birkenstocks are great shoes - Birkenstocks are the best shoe I have ever had; they are comfortable, easy to get on or off, easy to wear with jeans, long bohemian style skirts and just to wear around the house. I love them and hate that Birkenstocks do not make high heel shoes for dressing up. You can walk for hours (24 if you want) without having blisters, aching feet and even your legs will feel great.

Excellent shoe. I own a few pairs of Birkenstocks but never the soft sole. Very comfy as expected.

I'm obsessed with Birkenstocks now! These shoes are super comfy. They also look great with everything I wear such as skinny jeans, shorts and skirts. I highly recommend getting these comfy shoes.

Wonderful shoes – These are the most comfortable Birks I’ve ever had. The soft foot bed makes a world of difference. I wish they looked a little better with skirts, but I will sacrifice for comfort...and they are that!

Comfort! I bought these to wear to Disneyland. I wore them 3 full days with no break in period and they were very comfortable. The extra padding in the soft foot bed is a must. I haven't worn Birkenstock's in 15 years, but I love them all over again.

My Second pair of Birkenstocks - I am enjoying my new Birkenstocks tremendously. This is the second pair I have owned. I wore my first pair until they could not be worn any longer. I love how comfortable they keep my feet. They only feel better the more I wear them. The arch and built in heel cup is just what I need without wearing a closed shoe. I love them. : )

Birkenstock Arizona Soft Footbed - Great sandal. Provides far more support than most. My teenage son has narrow feet and pigeon toes - these sandals stay on his feet. A far superior alternative to the athletic slides preferred by this age group. Comfortable right out of the box.

An improvement on the original! While not super cushy, the little extra padding is kind of nice!

Soft Footbed hits a homerun! I just purchased these shoes and I LOVE them! I have been wearing the Birkenstock regular footbed sandals and clogs for almost 13 years. I figured I would try the soft footbed and I am in Love! They are cozy, comfy, and require no break in time. I have a wide foot and the regular width works perfectly. I have a size 10 foot and got a size 40 and find it's perfect. I LOVE THESE SHOES! You have to try them. You won't be sorry that you did.

No arthritis pain in my feet now! Please buy the narrow shoe and purchase your sandal a half size smaller than you would normally buy. I took this advice from a teenager and she was absolutely right!

Great sandal! I really like this sandal. I tried to get used to this one before and finally had my foot measured in a store that sold this brand. I found that I wear a size smaller than what I would have thought from the size chart. Would have like it better if they had been solid leather. Nubuck not my favorite!

Love these!! These are my favorite Birkenstock slip-ons. They are comfortable as soon as you wear them. It is like walking on a cloud.

1st Pair - Bought them for my fiancé and he loves them! I've had them for years and they are the most comfortable shoes and he was a little jealous, not anymore!
