Birkenstocks seem to have consistent sizing. I can be pretty sure the fit will be good. Comfy shoes, good for the feet and back.

I already had the same pair in the regular size but they were too wide so I ordered these in narrow. The narrow is more of a medium fit, which was perfect. So comfortable and as always shipped promptly from Zappos.

The fit is good, although I had to make an extra hole in the straps , to make them fit snugly. Over all, I love them!

Wear them daily....Love them!

Fit a little larger and wider than my previous Birks. I ordered a 39, which I've had before and felt like a 40. I kept them as I'd already worn them, but suggest trying a half size down

Very genuine and authentic

So birks can sometimes run a size large but these ran two sizes larger. My husband wears a size 10, but measures a birk 9. The 8 size 41 is what we ended up with. Buy accordingly. He loves them.

I love these Birkenstocks, I just ordered the wrong size. Women's size 9, is a 40. I realized that after I ordered them. I love the color and softness of the straps.

This is my second pair of these classic and casual sandals. Love the soft bed for true comfort and Perfect fit. Unless you have a wide foot, I suggest ordering the narrow. The suede is super soft and requires no “breaking in”.

I love my birks with the soft suede. They fit perfectly and feel so comfortable. I have worn them for about 45 years and presently I have three pair. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants comfort and good support.

It took me 3 “tries” to find my Birkenstock size and style! But, am really glad that I persisted. Figuring out your Birkenstock size might be a little tricky. DO NOT GO BY YOUR USUAL SIZE!! Follow Birkenstock’s sizing guidelines. And: there are 2 FOOTBED OPTIONS! There is the original, and also a “ soft” footbed. (“Soft” is a relative term). You can check on a variety of websites to learn how to break in your Birks, and you DO need to break them in. I was skeptical, but now the sandals are beginning to mold to my feet. This after 2 weeks of wearing them with socks. Who knew it was such a process?! I’m about 40 years off this trend, but: better late than never…

These are comfortable and within weeks of purchase, I wore them on a trip to NYC - lots of walking, no blisters. I am also recovering from a Jones fracture, and had the podiatrist’s blessings to wear these. Be prepared for the suede tops to stretch significantly. As soon as I tried these on, the straps (tightest setting) felt much looser than other Birkenstocks I’ve had over the years. Using a leather hole puncher, I added an extra hole to each of the four straps, to make them tighter. It seemed to do the trick, but now - 2 months later - I’ve had to add an additional hole to the straps that go over the toes because my feet were starting to slide around more.

Old reliable Birkenstocks. Returning because the color looked too monotone, was expecting the sole to be white but it is grey which matches the suede.

I bought the very same sandals 4 years ago and have loved them. Recently I noticed that the support was lacking. The shoes I received are the very same ones and they are wonderful. I have a narrow foot and with the buckle; they fit perfectly. I feel so supported in Birkenstocks and highly recommend them.

I’ve been wearing Birkenstocks forever. Can you ever really go wrong? They are atill the same great shoes they always were. Add to that Zappos extraordinary customer service and it’s a perfect experience!

Love these but unfortunately they were too wide even with size narrow. I am a 7.5. Got the 38 N which is for sizes 7 and 7.5. Unfortunately they were just a bit short. I don’t think a 39 will fit as again they will be too wide,

These are super cute with shorts or jeans. Admittedly, they took a couple of wears to be comfortable but after that I love them. I got gray suede ones. I’m eyeing the black ones.

Love love love my new Birks! The soft footbed is incredible! The suede is super soft. I decided on going with the narrow fit since the regular width is for a man’s foot (I have an “average width” woman’s foot) and am so glad I did … they fit perfectly! Zappos came through with their fast and efficient service! Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!
